Amazing customer service! I ordered pasta online and realized that there wasn't any sauce. I talked to the manager, Lisa, and... she kindly (without hesitation) offered to deliver the missing sauce . Her driver was extremely kind and patient. I appreciatethe extra effort they put in to ensure customers are happy with the food and service . I will definitely return to this locationin the future!! Ate here recently and ordered cauliflower bites, chicken wings, some spinach dip. It was actually better than i thought it was... going to be, as I don’t think too highly of Boston pizza’s food. I would come back for some apps. Read more

Amazing customer service and fantastic food! ????????????????Everything was spot on... and excellent!????????Definitely recommend this for anyone and everyone! Family friendly, halal options which is rare but great,warm environment, yummy food, good vibes and just great atmosphere in general! Shoutout to the amazing manager who was also veryincredible! Our server/bartender Erica was great! She and the rest of the staff kept checking up on us and the food was much needed!
The servers are very friendly. Even with a mask on you could still see their smiles on their faces. Service was a little slow... but I went with a big group. Most Boston Pizza's I've been to before didn't have the best food but I was pleasantly surprisedwith the quality of my dish at this location. I ordered the shrimp linguine and it came with garlic bread. I added cheese on it.It was extremely filling and delicious! Would come back again if I was in the area and with a big group again. I was driving around with a friend, just relieving the boredom and catching up when we got hungry. The weather waslooking very unpredictable but as we drove past Boston Pizza in Ajax, they appeared to have a nice enclosed patio. Looks like agood place to grab something to eat. We ordered a Deluxe Pizza and The Hungry Carnivore Pasta. To wash it down, we had a Caesarand a beer. The pizza included pepperoni, ham, green peppers, and mushrooms. It looked good but had a bit too much sauce. Itcould have been hotter and more flavourful but was just okay. The pasta dish was a generous serving and included lots of meat(Spicy Italian sausage, meatballs, pepperoni, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and green peppers, tossed with penne and our beefyBolognese). Not bad. The cheesy garlic bread with bacon was fresh and delicious. The beer was nicely chilled but the Caesar waskinda watered down and a bit bland. While the food was just about average, the ambiance was nice. The service was excellent,from greeting us to the time that we left.
