This was the worst experience I've had at any Dairy queen, for that reason I will not return to the Ajax Dairy Queen. I asked... for an extra few toppings on top of my blizzard, she gave me 2 or 3 pieces and charged me 60 cents for it. I asked if she couldput a few more and she says no that's the Max it's only one scoop and she was rude about it therefore this place doesn't evenget 1 star and I will not be returning with myself or my family. Every other Dairy Queen I've been too is more than happy togive me extra toppings on and this is the 1st time I've been charged for it, as you can see in the picture you'll feel howdissatisfied I am. I was greeted by Chantal who was friendly and happy Didn?t... hesitate to help even though it was late She came up with a solution offering combos that were perfect ! She made my day. Here you get the best of both worlds, hot food and cold treats. The staff are friendly and helpful and store is clean and tidy,... well lite. They have lots of sitting room inside and on patio. The hamburgers are tasty and hot, the sunday was cold anddelicious. Read more
Ordered what I thought was the double cheeseburger combo for $5.99 I see constantly advertised. The girl working the window... seemed like she had better stuff to do. She hated me my food and no drink. I figured whatever, I'm in a rush I have water. Iopened the bag to see only a burger. Now I am wondering what I actually just purchased. Turned out it was a sort of burger? Thepatties were rock hard and the bun had the texture of a rubber band. It looked like the kitchen staff had cooked the burger,then added it to a bun before putting it onto a sandwich press. This thing was magma hot. Came here as I had a coupon for BOGO Blizzard. Ordered one medium Turtle blizzard and one Strawberry Cheesecake. Total was... about $7.00 Overall location was clean. Customer service was okay. Both the blizzards were sadly not well made and somewhatmelted :( The turtles blizzard tasted amazing - praline cream, chocolate chunks and nuts. I ended up coming home and freezingboth of them to solidify. The strawberry cheesecake blizzard was a total flop! Will not recommend. Just mixed strawberry icecream. There was absolutely no toppings/mix ins in the blizzard. What a total waste! Read more
