1) called to ask if they have happy hour for the smoothies they said yes 2-5pm. Go into the store they said it ended in summer... time, weird because they told me on the phone they still do it and my local Freshi still does it. 2) the smoothie taste wayoff. I used to work at freshi a few years back and have a idea of how they taste and get them every so often. Very rude staff... As a Uber driver they refuse to give me the delivery.,. Because I couldn't bring the insulated bag inside... since I had pizza already... And yet, THEY keep the order sitting on the counter... Some restaurant seem to forget that Uberdriver eat too... But definitely will not go there or even take any delivery from them from now on... Bought an almost $10 green smoothie, which tasted like it was watered/milked down. I remember Freshii making awesome green... smoothies many years ago, sadly they don?t any more. The smoothie was almost undrinkable. Also, there was almost no foottraffic in the store. I wonder if this location is being used to launder money. Read more
The service was friendly enough and it?s clean and bright, that?s why it?s getting 2 stars. But as a food establishment, it?s... really lacking in the food department, I?ve ordered multiple times and neither me nor my friends could finish our food becauseit wasn?t palatable. This location is a disaster and by far the worst Freshii location I've been too. It seems as though staff plus management don't... really care about what they are putting out. Their staff gets orders wrong A LOT and they cheap out as much as possible sincethey know customers are not eating in the restaurant therefore seeing their food outside of the location. Picture posted showshow no broth is added to the soup. I had ordered two and the other one had no broth at all. But this is just how this locationis. There is always something wrong with the order. I ordered an Oxaca bowl on Uber eats. As a special instruction, I requested that they not put kale in it (I have gout and this... may be a trigger food), and "if possible", sub extra crispy wontons instead. It should be noted that crispy wontons are alreadyincluded in this bowl, so my request was for more of them instead of the kale. To my surprise, I get a price adjustment on myorder that ended up costing $3 more than my original total. Clearly the substitution is not possible if you are treating therequest as me adding extra items to my order instead. I would have opted out of this had I known Freshii would charge me extrafor trying to substitute a non-premium topping for another non-premium topping. What's worse is that when I got the order,there weren't any extra crispy wontons at all (actually looked like less than usual; see attached photo), so not only did theycharge me for the above, they didn't even provide me what they charged me for. Absolute ridiculous. 2 stars instead of 1because it still tasted good, but given the overall experience, I most likely will not be ordering from this location. Read more
