I just waited over 30 minutes after my meal to simply order dessert, when the place was empty. I came in on a Monday at 3:15pm... when it was not busy and just left alone like i never existed. Weird and disappointing. That will not be happening again. Read more
$30 for 2 tiny pieces of haddock and sweet potato fries. Never again!
Visited this restaurant for the first time. Noticed it was busy which was a good sign since our usual spot in Westney Plaza... closed down. Ordered halibut and fries. Order came to ~$20.00. A little shocked at the price but thought perhaps just thegeneral increase of cost of food etc. Took about 30 min to get out meal. When we got the order it was only the fish. A littleshocked $20 was the cost just for a small piece of fish. Yes halibut is pricier but I have been to other places where you get abigger size for less. They were gracious to add the fries but considering the fish/batter itself was not flavourful, fries weregood but plain, homemade tartar sauce was not great (no packaged tartar sauce available), $20 for one small piece of fish (friesnot included), I think I will continue my search for a new restaurant. We ordered House specials... Halibut and Haddock... tastes amazing...food amount is best...and the customer service is top notch

The fries were massive - and nice and HOT I could tell they were freshly fried. I had the haddock fish and chips and my wife... had the grilled halibut. Both fish were cooked to perfection and tasted great. The service was great too, cashier was supernice and asked if I needed cutlery, sauces, etc. The place itself was nice and clean and had sanitizers available for everyone.Can't wait to dine in. Service was lousy. Our waitress was not on the ball tonight. She forgot several items that we had adjusted with our order. The... food was mediocre, not at all like it used to be! The fish was over cooked and our plated sat on the counter for several minutesbefore the 1 waitress working on a Saturday night actually brought it to us. Our food was cooled off and she forgot to put in anorder for onion rings. So we waited another 10 minutes for that. $126 for 4 people, I would have liked better service. Also wehad to wipe our table before we sat down..... I'm not a complainer by any means but tonight was ridiculous.... Food portionswere excellent size though. Read more
