Going to start by saying I’m a kelsey’s fan so the fact that I’m writing such a negative review is sad. I went to... Kelsey’s Ajax two weeks in a row and both times it was not busy, no wait time or anything like that, just regular restaurantflow. First time I went we waited a while to be greeted by our server then another 15 minutes for our drinks where we thenordered our appetizer and main meal at the same time which took about an hour & a half total…. just for the meal to come outin correct. It gets worse tho! Second time I go, the following week. Again, not busy restaurant flow… we get seated and ittakes 35 minutes to receive a chocolate milk and strawberry ruhbarb lemonade which looked like sewer water (they didn’t bringmy other friends water though still not sure why ???????????) just to see LIPSTICK on the glass!!!!!! Dis.gus.ting. The serverapologized after her not coming back for 15 mins after dropping the drinks off to say it’ll be waived off the bill, at thatpoint we didn’t even feel comfortable eating there anymore and we left to go to buffalo wild wings?????. One time is onething, but two weeks in a row is something else, which is clearly their usually standards. People who works there are nice but food quality is zero. I paid $90 for the worst food. The food is very dry and not eatable.... They need to do serious upgrades. Fries is horrible and tenders are black. Old oil. The nachos have little bit of vegi and nocheese. Read more

First Off! We arrive and are taken to a table and the waitress runs off to get menus but never comes back. Then another waitress... comes over and asks if we have ordered yet and clearly we haven't because we haven't seen a menu yet. Finally we get the menuand then wait 20 minutes for our drinks to show up. There were 4 waitresses on our table an none had a clue what they weredoing. The place wasn't busy at all. We get the food and the steak was barely edible and neither the burger or steak hadseasoning. I was running to the bathroom as soon as I got home. These waitresses had zero training, zero respect, zero attentionto detail. The management should be fired. The cooks should be sacked. And we should get a refund. Absolutely terrible food.Roasted mushrooms came from a can, mas potato and vegetable weren't even hot enough to melt the butter. The french fries weredry. had a great dinner with family a few days ago food and service was awesome minus stars for flies there were just too many trying... to sit on our food not sure if i would go back till they fix the problem . Read more
Dietary restrictions for pick up order were ignored. Ordered the bacon bourbon bbq burger and indicated "lactose intolerance... (no cheese)" in their "special instructions" section which specifically mentions that it is for dietary restrictions only. Theonions on the burger were soggy instead of crunchy/crispy. Angry fries were good but all of the seasoning was in the bottom ofthe container instead of mixed well on the fries. Also ordered the fish and chips and messy fish burger. The coleslaw was thesame size as the tartar sauce (small sauce dish). Nowadays you really need to do better than this. Read more
Food is okay, customer service and servers are terrible. I went into this place for lunch on my break around noon. I walk in... and turn to go sit at the tables and a server looks at me and has a confused look on her face , she furrows her brow at me andsays “ yes”?. I say I’m here to eat and she still has a confused furrowed brow and finally seats me. Last I checked thisis a restaurant and most people come here to eat. Right off the bat, this server is confused why I want to eat here. Forreference I’m a young brown women. This server might have been having a bad day, who knows. However, this encounter felt likea micro aggression towards me. It made me super uncomfortable but I figured it wasn’t personal. Also I stayed because I washungry and it was close to my work. After I finally ordered , the same server was a lot nicer because she probably realizedthat she could get a tip from me. I’m not sure why she didn’t have this happy attitude as I walked in though ? The foodwas nothing special. But the way this women looked at me as I walked in I will never forget. I was dressed for work and waswearing a business casual outfit so I don’t know what prompted her response. I still tipped her because I felt bad. Alsoafter I asked her for the bill she handed it to me and didn’t ask if I needed the machine. So I asked her “do I pay at thefront”? And she says rudely “ no you pay me”. Lol okay then you should have asked me if I needed the machine that’s yourjob. This was my first time there how was I suppose to know? I wanted to write this review of my experience so that it may helpsomeone else in avoiding this place. Won’t ever eat here again. Read more
