Pizza ia quite expensive, it is very good pizza but not sure if it is worth the cost. Location sucks for pick-up due to lack of... parking, delivery is the better option but would add to the cost. Also, the place was very dirty from the lunch crowd (highschools near by), food and napkins on the tables and floor. Read more
First time ordering from here from the Ajax location and the pizza was absolutely disgusting. I ordered the hot honey pollo and... my pizza had hardly any cheese, was missing chili flakes and honey drizzle (hence the name). It looked as if the cook forgot toput pineapple on my pizza and put it on after the fact, because every single piece was uncooked and not sticking to the pizza ofcourse because of no cheese either. This is supposed to be a "gourmet" pizza and there was nothing gourmet about it. For apremium pizza, your corner store or 711 pizza would probably taste better. I'm usually not one to waste food but I had to throwout most of it. Don't waste your money here, go to Domino's. Read more
Ordered pick-up from the Maestro?s Ajax location and unfortunately the staff had mistakenly given away my order. What makes the... experience more frustrating was I was offered a $10 discount, on a $40 order. A typical restaurant would offer at least 50% off,which I had requested. I would of have even been happy if the staff attempted to escalate my request to management. My wife andI had waited 30 minutes from when we placed the order, followed by an additional 15 minutes for our order to be re-made. 45minutes for a mediocre pizza coupled with poor customer service = Terrible review. Delicious pizzas. The owner is awesome. He does a lot for his community. Restaurants is always clean. Parking can be an issue... but you can park on the street an walk. Pur family would definitely go again and again plus we would recommend it to ourfriends Read more
