Absolutely worst Wendys I?ve ever been to.. 0/5 the lady at the window had so much attitude from the microphone to the window... and wanted to lie saying she?s the manager. Clean place plenty staff for fast service less crowded
I'm not sure what happened to this place but maybe it was just that night as that particular group of staff was horrible. They... didn't seem to care. There were 3 people ahead of us and we waited 20 minutes and still they only served 2 customers. They weretraining someone and were laughing as it was taking long to do. The uber guy looked not so happy as he was waiting around 20minutes as well. They could have opened another cashier but only kept 1 open. Other wendy's locations seem to still provide goodservice. We ended up driving to the Whitby location and they provided good service. Read more
So we got 3 combos, all of them missing drinks, and the buns weren?t toasted. The meat is not juicy or fresh. We ordered a side... of large fries, didn?t get them. Got an apple pecan salad, it came without the blue cheese and came with croutons instead ofpecans. What a joke, the 80 Bayly location is vastly superior. Read more
This is a review for the Wendy?s breakfast sandwich. The sandwiches were very tasty and filling. It was warm and put together... nicely. The coffee was really bad in taste. The reason i gave it a 3 stars is because the customer service is terrible. Ittook forever to get my order through the drive through and it wasn?t event that busy. Read more
Second time to be this Wendy's, the food is as good as all the Wendy's, but the services manner and sanitary conditions are... unacceptable. The tables are not clean and washroom is very duty. They don't give the receipt unless you asked for, we asked,but it can't see the details of our order and amount we paid for. Also we understand we shoud show the proof of our vaccined andIDs, but while I ordered food, my wife taken care our little one, the waitress seems didn't care about it and pushed me to getmy wife to show her the same information. I told her I'll let my wife to show her after I return to the table to replace her totake care our baby. After my wife went to say her, but she left for cooking.... anyway it seems this location of Wendy's islack of management indeed. Hopefully it can be improved. Read more
I have ordered from Wendy's many time through Drive Thru, always great food and service. I decided to go into the restaurant... today for the 1st time. I went to counter and ordered a Classic Chicken with no onions and no Mayo. went and sat down took abite. hot LOL so I went back up to counter and asked for some tomato's. The lady give me 3 pieces of tomato's, at no charge.Went back to my seat and wow what a Great Burger. After I had finished I went and ordered a side Caesar Salad, also Great SaladI have nevered ordered that before as well. All in All 5 star Service. Read more
