Stopped for lunch. We were seated immediately. The waitress was really good despite seemingly being the only one taking care of... customers. I had a Turkey BLT and fries. My husband had the nachos. The BLT was excellent! The chef didn't skimp on the turkey,the tomato was fresh, the bacon crispy and the fries (deliciously seasoned) were served hot. My husband said the nachos were okbut could have used more beans....said he'd order it with a side of chili next time. Read more
We love this place and we?ve been going for years. It?s right in the neighborhood the food is great and they add new things all... the time. The only thing I will say and the reason they got four stars is that there are mixed drinks are just not good I?veordered several of them and they weren?t even closely resembling what they were supposed to be. This is even though the drinksare on the menu. Aside not not ordering mixed drinks here everything else is exceptional. Read more
Don't waste your time here. The appetizer alone took 45 minutes to come out, and then came with stale chips. Food took another... 45 minutes, came cold. We asked for a replacement and it also came cold. I guess it's a great place to go if you enjoy coldpotatoes and 45 minute waits, which you probably don't. The quality of the restaurant has just continued to go downhill and it'snot even an enjoyable atmosphere anymore. Read more
A repeat appointment brought us in from our of town two different weeks. The first was mid week. We had EXCELLENT service and... delicious food. Because of our great experience, we decided to go back with slightly lower expectations since it was a busySaturday night. We got seated with the same waitress... And she remembered us a month later! Same fabulous service. Kept ourdrinks filled. The chicken penne was delicious and big enough for us to share. There are lots of great restaurants in the areabut if we are ever back, I suspect we will pop in and see if we can go three for three with our adorable waitress. Read more
They can?t even serve one order right !!! I ordered veggie burger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickle and onions. They sent me a... plain veg patty with melted cheese and for winter spinach salad for $10.00 , look at what they give you ???????????? And intheir menu , they have so many items listed for this salad but look what I got ???????? How hard was my order ???? So whywould I waste my money in this location when I can have better food with right order near by ! Read more
We went there on 12/14 for my husband birthday as a tradition we started with our kids. First it took forever to get our drinks... as our server was working multiple tables while the manager, three young men and one young lady stood in the take out boothtalking and playing around. During the hour and half wait for our food we noticed the manager kept walking outside doing nothingwith an apron on no less. Not once did he come over and apologize for the long wait. It was so busy that the front desk younglady had to clean off the tables while the two men in the picture was on their phone. When the food finally came out we weretold by the server that they had ran out of Salmon which the manager should have came out and notified us when we first came inand ordered and not an hour and half later. It's a good thing my daughter ordered an appetizer or else she would have had toshare the one plate of Salmon with my other daughter . Out of seven of us only two people had warm food. We spent an $135 forpoor service. Not once did the manager come over; he was not even helping. I could see if everyone was working, but when you seemultiple people just standing around playing around with the manager while three people was actually working, that is calledpoor management. They messed up my order completely. My rib had no seasoning or marinade and it was completely bone dry. My pasta that I ordered... for my kids was supposed to have butter, with parmesan cheese. Instead the pasta tasted like water. The bread was soggy, andeverything was unseasoned! I?ve never had a problem here. Carolina was COMPLETELY rude over the phone and deserves to have herjob taken away from her! She is not good at customer service or even human skills at all. She hung up on us mid conversation notone but TWO times!!! Shame on you Carolina and Glory Days. You have been nothing but rude to me. My food was TERRIBLE ANDFROZEN. Read more
My friend and I stopped by there a few days ago on a Sunday night around 9, we were seated immediately, the waitress (early... twenties? Brunette tied up, I don't know if she the only brunette waitress there, and if this part is relevant, but she hadblack or dark colored acrylic nails) after she took our orders 1) She never came by to ask how our food was, and didn't ask ifwe wanted a refill for our drinks. 2) there was a table ahead of us with 5 kids were were about the same age as the waitress,she went to their table many more times than ours, it's like she was playing favorites with them as if they were herfriends. It was not busy at all!! The food was great, but the service was sub par. And lastly, I'm on a walker, when theyhanded me a box for my food, they should ALWAYS bring a bag just in case, I mean come on, I'm temporarily handicapped.
