This used to have consistent good and nice staff. We frequently ordered here. unfortunately, this is no longer true. We?ve had... incorrect or errors in our orders, but it was usually only a single item- like Parmesan Bread having no Parmesan on it. But itwasn?t bad enough to say anything. Tonight?s order was awful. Half the pizza was completely inedible. What was supposed to becrispy crust was soggy and not cooked completely. We had a cookie brownie that also was not cooked through- cookie dough/brownie dough completely soft and fell out of your hands when you picked it up. I called to have items remade correctly sincethey were not edible it a refund. The woman refused. She would only give a 50 pre rent discount on our next order or rename thethings ?we had not continued? - she said that meant it must be 100 percent intact- so the bite we tried of it before callingmeant they wouldn?t remake it. I said they are 99 percent there- just some spit in the trash, she said then they would notremake. I will be pursuing a card charge back and will not order here again. Read more
Worst branch of Domino?s but it?s mostly the corporate part that?s awful. They used to mark the boxes (not anymore) so if you... have similar pizzas have fun guessing which is which. They have a tracker but it?s bad. For some reason it self closes beforedelivery. When the pizza does show up there?s no indication it was delivered (and it?s cold). The best part is it takes 20-30minutes to deliver and they?re 2 blocks from me. I?m glad the $5.99 delivery fee goes towards?what? I tried contacting theircustom service but that?s even worse than finding contact info for the store. Highly recommend to find a differentlocation. Should also mention I tried pickup once to see if it was any better. App indicated pizza was ready but still waited15 minutes with nobody in the store. Bad tech. Bad customer service. I typically am a fan of the basic pizzas at this location. Not the best, not the worst pizzas for the money. I wanted to try the... thin crust pizzas and I got 2 of them. I was not happy with either. Crust tasted like Saltine cracker and sauce, cheese, andtoppings were scarce. There were literally pieces of pizza with no cheese, very scant sauce and no toppings. It tasted like adry cracker with burnt sauce. This was by far the worst pizza I?ve ever eaten. I won?t go there for thin crust ever again. Read more
This Domino's is way better than the others in the area. Quick, and always friendly.
Used to be my fave Domino's location, but this location is so severely understaffed and yet online orders are still being... redirected here. I want to be understanding due to the pandemic, but waiting two hours for nothing, being unable to get a refundand just overall terrible experience trying to get food from here. Rude staff, nobody answering phones, terrible service. Justchange your local domino's on the app and don't give these people your money. Management must be awful here if they can't getanybody in the stores. Read more

This is the sloppiest most unprofessional store In Aliso Viejo there is!! I got this order ! Super unappetizing and messy! I... called and one of the employees hung up on me after I wanted to speak to a manager. Then when I spoke to the unprofessionalmanager-ALEJANDRA SHE WAS NOT UNDERSTANDING AND DID NOT SEEM TO Care about her employee Doing there job correctly. Worst pizza I?ve ever had ordered a extra large pizza 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 deluxe (no green peppers) cost $32.30 which seems over... priced already but for a under cooked pizza that had 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 mushroom and GREEN PEPPERS!!!
