Actually went through drive thru! Was quick & food was great! Made multiple grill orders & they got it right!
Terrible service if you get service at all. Waited at the walk up window and was ignored. If you are not serving at the walk up... window please place a sign or someone should at least acknowledge someone is standing there and tell them drive thru only. Iwork nearby and I don't need to drive so it was really inconvenient. Read more
The drive through is insanely slow so unless you have the patience to wait 20+minutes if there's a line go for it. The manager... (black guy with glasses is always in a rush and looks stressed but I get it, I've only had one bad experience with him when Iasked if they put ketchup in the bad he responded with a bad attitude asking "Did you ask for it?" No. "Then no we didn't".Which yeah my fault for not knowing they didn't put it in automatically but that's why I asked lol. Dude needs to chill andslow down. Read more
Went though the drive through at about 400pm on a Tuesday. The line was not crazy line BUT it was painfully slow. Was probally... 15 minutes for a large fry, large softdrink and a 20 piece nugget. Obviously understaffed or inefficent currently. Frys werefresh was only bonus. Read more
Been to the drive thru for breakfast 5+ times in the past two months and every time it has been a great experience. McMuffins... are hot, iced coffees are cold, and it's always very fast. They even had a bucket hat available with all proceeds going tocharity! Read more
It was the best its been in a long time. There seems to be some much needed staff changes. The staff was friendly and fast. Our... fries were hot and salted perfectly. Our burgers were perfect They had the correct sized cups. I was very pleased. Read more
There was about three or four cars in front of me. This is my first time coming to this McDonalds. I was on my way to visit a... friend I haven't seen in awhile. Took me less than 15 minutes to get through. And my food was hot and fresh! The co-worker wasvery friendly and said she appreciated me and told me to have a good evening :-) excellent customer service. She had red hairand glasses. She deserves employee of the month. Had a whole conversation about whats on the spicy chicken sandwich and only wanting lettuce on it. They ended up putting cheese... and pickles as well. Asked for 2 fries didnt get one of them. Double cheeseburger had onions when only asked for pickles andketchup. The service here the last couple trips have been awful. Forgetting something always.
