I ordered delivery thru the app, they shorted me pizza and when I called would just blame DoorDash delivery guy. Hung up on 3... times and would not rectify the problem even thou I ordered their pizza thru their app. Worst attitude and customer serviceEVER!!! Read more
Awesome! It was really busy so we had to wait a little (which is totally understandable). The kid at the counter was so friendly... and attentive. He and the rest of the staff got orders out as fast as possible, and he was very communicative with me in regardsto my order. Got my pizza & breadsticks fresh and hot! And seriously so cheap! Love little caesars in general. This location isgreat. Will definitely come here again and would highly recommend! Read more
We ordered 3 pizzas and brownie through the little Ceasar app. Driver shows up with 1 pizza. I called back in and asked about... the other 2 pizzas. Location says they are not responsible. I asked for manager and Taylor came on the call. He told me tocontact DoorDash but I told them we did not order through DoorDash but through the Little Ceasar app. I did not want to getcaught between them. He then told me to contact them again and I told him I am not doing that. He then hung up on me afterraising his voice. I called back in and I asked for manager which Taylor hung up on me again. Worst customer service ever. Sonow I don't have 2 pizzas and a brownie which I already paid for. Taylor should not be the manager for the way he talks tocustomers and hangs up. Read more
Loved the no contact pick up!! They have heated boxes that you type your code into (that they send you)...and it opens. The... pizza is nice and hot. We would go to that location again, if we lived there. Read more
The cashier was very welcoming and took my order with ease. My pizzas and wings were made fresh. They even went out of the way... to make me some spicy barbq wings, even though it's not on the menu. On the menu it's one or the other. The 10 minutes of waitwas worth the fresh and delicious pizza, my family and I enjoyed. P.S. I used the bag you see in the picture to keep my pizzawarm during the ,literally, freezing drive and walk up to my door. The bag truly worked and kept everything perfectly fresh onmy 12 minute drive back home. Read more
