I was in Snead, AL and purchased 2 large Lattes. After waiting 20 mins I saw a worker drop a happy meal on floor and put it on... the tray , saw a worker stick their hands in a bag that had already been set out and number called and to top it off the cashierspit a lougie in the garbage can in front of everyone waiting on their orders!!! Needless to say, we walked out!! Their ratingwas an 86. TIs should have been our first red flag! Very disappointed and slightly disgusted! Read more
I would have gave a 0 stars if I could have. I had to wait 30 minutes on my food and when it finally arrived my french fries... were cold. When I told the lady they were cold she said well they shouldn't be and looked at me like i was stupid. I will not begoing back to that mcdonald's Read more
I've stopped in here a few times on my new route for lunch, the food has always been good.
Wait times are ridiculous food is never fresh.. orders are always wrong .this McDonald?s made me not wanna eat fast food ever... again .. this restaurant will never get another penny out my pocket again !! Read more

This McDonald's needs to train their employees on how to read and correctly do their jobs. Tonight, run down to grab a quick... dinner for the family. 1 Happy meal-6 piece nugget-was told they no longer have Honey mustard, 2 chicken sandwiches and avanilla milkshake, no whipped topping. They kept handing us out the wrong food through the drive thru. An iced coffee instead ofa milkshake. No happy meal. When questioned the lady rolled her eyes and threw the stuff away as we handed it back to her. Milkshake still had the whipped topping. Get home 4 piece nugget and very cold fries. We have given this location way too manychances, especially after the last time there was pubic hair sticking out of one of the burgers! Read more
If I could give negative stars I would!!! Worst fast food place I have been to. We waited over 35 min to get our order after we... waited 15 min to place the order! (There was no line!) Then order was wrong wrong wrong! I ordered no onions or pickles and bothburgers were COVERED with them! My ol man is very allergic & I just hate them. But they could've killed him! Fries were icecold, burgers old, iced coffees were bitter. Manager was indifferent and acted high. Worst experience ever.
