Domino's! My friend dot_ham told me to get dinner since I was staying over at his place with others :P It just so happened that... finals were about to be coming in the land of the Anteaters and they had 50% off online orders of hand tossed pizzas! So Iordered it for 6.30pm on a Friday evening as a carryout. The plaza is hard to find. It is indeed on Michelson but it's not thefirst plaza but the second plaza. So if you're on Von Karman, you have to go onto Michelson to get to the Domino's Plaza. Whenyou get to the plaza, the place is easy to find. I went with my friend and we went inside at 6.35pm. We told them that I did itonline and got an email verification. The person somehow had my order, knew what I got, had the correct dollar amount, but forsome very odd and peculiar reason, he couldn't find my pizza. He asked me what time I set it for and I was like "wait you haveall my info lol" but still told him it was 6.30pm. After going around 3-4 times in the pizza store, he found my ExtravaganzaPizza and I was off! The pizza? Pretty good, good taste. It's just.... larges aren't what larges used to be ): which is kindasad. They have a good tomato sauce and they definitely have the ingredients in there- but why so little ): Also, I believe thisis the pizza place that does all the UCI delivery. I will start by saying that dominos is not my favorite pizza. It is very good, but just not the best (even among chains) in my... opinion. They get the 5 stars because of the specials they offer and the convenience of their store. I joined their onlineordering a few months ago. This is the best system I have seen for online ordering. First, everything is very intuitive andeasy to use. Second, you can customize the pizzas and sides exactly how you want them including little known options such aslight sauce or extra cheese. On a side note, it is cool to see the cartoon pizza on the screen load up with the toppings youchoose as you choose them. Third, they have all of the coupons available for use. These coupons are usually great deals andthere are a lot to choose from. It is easy to find one for the items you had in mind. No more scrounging through your coupondrawer to try and find those coupons from months ago. Last, every time you make an order, you get points. Those points can beredeemed on future purchases for free items. After only 3 orders I had enough for a free order of cheesy bread. The timeestimate that they gave was accurate for the delivery. There is also an option to pick up your pizza if you do not want to paythe delivery charge. I would suggest the thin crust pizza with little sauce. It is very crisp and light and it tastes great. I ordered delivery which I usually don't do due to the fee. I am very annoyed and will not be using this feature in the future.... The driver argued with me about giving him a tip. He asked if I wanted to leave one, and I stated I think I left one online butcould not remember. He stated "no you didnt." I said I am sorry I do not have cash. He stated "you can leave one on the receiptand shoved the receipt and pen in my face. I said you know what I am not leaving one now. This is not how you get yourself a tipby arguing with the customer. I usually don't order dominos so I will not be going back or ordering from them again. Read more

Well let's see where to start. First I try ordering the pizza after working a 15.5hr day. The site says there was an issue to... retry in a few minutes. Of course the 17.98 was taken from my bank at that time though. So I try to call only to hear someoneanswer the phone very quickly and before I could even make out what was said they were gone. So I drive the 25 mins it takes toget there. Just for them to tell me ohh it takes 24 hrs to refund you. So I asked it's not possible to receive food or money andthe lady said it takes 24 hrs to refund you. At this point I just walked frustrated simply because that was the only $20 I hadand I haven't gotten to eat all day and it was long enough already anyway. Before this I've only had good experiences...simplybecause of this I will never return as a customer and that's directly due to how considerate the staffing at the 17st store areso thank you for the great experience ????????????????????
