Wow customer service is a joke first place I've ever walked into the people are so rude that you have to turn around and walk... out I think if you run a business customer service just be one of your main things when someone walks into your establishmentyou don't tell them pretty much that you're better than them and that they can't be there to turn around and go to Sheetz wellshe says better service than this place ever would Read more
Good local bar we meet Dad at for cold beer and great talks. Great munchies and specials.
Smsll hole in the wall. Very much a mom and pop bar. Cheap beer and relaxed environment.
Tiny and dreary but the employee was decent but what i would like to know is who puts a glass screen door on a bar when you know... delivery ppl will be struggling up your ridiculously steep and tight stairs? Then they sit there and watch as ppl struggle todrag beer thru said door and stairs but just continue to sit and watch as they suck down another cigarette. Stay classy Frank &D's. Read more
Jill is so friendly, made me a very good chicken philly cheese steak. Put extra sauce and cheese on a tasty pizza. Very cool... that she works the and cooks the food! Small town America at its best???? Read more
The staff are very nice and always greet me when I come in. The music (usually classic rock, no hip-hop) and whats on the TV's... are excellent. The only drawbacks are that it's a bit cramped and they do not serve liquor, only beer. Read more
