Been waiting for 20 mins for a plain Italian sub there's 6 people in the store
I stop here almost everyday. It's not for smokes or allcohol. I LIVE MILKSHAKES lol I had two of them. I sat here. I thought... and used there free wifi to keep myself fr wondering into a bad situation. Sometimes I find joy in the smallest pleasures. I mayhave to invest next months food stamps on a grocery list to stock my home. God willing I'll have a place to make my ownmilkshakes and to call home Read more
The Sheetz at this location is great!! It has all the bells and whistles that you look for at Sheetz i.e. lottery, the ready... made section, and of course coffee and freeze drinks. It's located at a busy intersection but has plenty of entry ways and exitsfor easy access to the store. The staff is also friendly and always their to help. Love it!! Read more
If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!! I left the sheetz store in tears over my food being made terrible and wrong NOT ONCE but... TWICE... THE KID MAKING THE FOOD had the name tag on by the name of Christian whom claimed to be the manager SCREAMED AT MEABOUT SOMETHING refusing to add more sauce or to remake my food AGAIN. I ordered "tossed" buffalo-ranch chicken... There wasliterally no sauce on it at all.... I was so upset and almost left without my money and food. The manager I talked to on thephone was really nice but decided it was a good idea to leave in the middle of rush hour in Sheetz and without making sure myfood was made correctly. Very poor customer service!!!! If you work in customer service you shouldn't treat people like they'retrash. I will never spend another penny at Sheetz and believe me I spend alot of money there. I will go out of my way to go to this Sheetz because they seem to have the best food service than any other one! Not sure why... their food seems to taste way better than all the other sheets! All their EMPLOYEES have the best personalities and senses ofhumors-that brings customer's back! Read more
Extremely dirty store, with matching employees. I don't think I've ever been in this store where there has been a nice person... working, and wasn't a drug deal going out in the parking lot. This is probably one of the worst locations Sheetz could haveselected to build a store. I get they wanted to be right by the hospital, but they need to step up their customer service gameat this location. Read more
Yes sheetz is expensive but the app is great. A lot of savings.
