Half of our smoothies were only three-quarters of the way full, they skimped us on the chicken in our flatbreads, and there was... no option to tip for delivery (which is honestly skeevy of them considering they use a third party for deliveries, and alsoprobably why it took nearly 1.5 hours for a driver to take the order). I'm giving two stars rather than one because our orderwas pretty big, but the other reviews here are making me reconsider the extra star. Read more
First time coming here, was told I couldn't order in person. So I tried to order online after 15 minutes the app locked me out... then they finally took my order. If this is because you are short staffed just close completely, both the people in here todayare rude as well. Acting like making smoothies is the hardest job ever. Read more
The cashier walks up with a cup full of pineapple in her hand and was eating it while she took my order. My smoothie was not... fully blended and had chunks in it. I ordered a wrap with premium side that I did not eat as I was too nervous due to themassive amounts of mold on my sweet potatoes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE! Update: I called and spoke to a manager who toldme he would refund my money back on my card- it has now been 3 weeks with no refund. I called back today and cannot get anyoneon the phone. I was very disappointed that Tropical Smoothie corporate has not reached out to be about this after a formalcomplaint. I will no longer be giving this chain my money. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE. We ordered two flatbreads and two smoothies online a few days ago from this location. The online order said they... would be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there to pick up the order, there was only one girl working to fulfill our order. A fewminutes later, a crowd of about 7 more people walk out from somewhere in the back. Half didn?t look like they even worked there,the others started arguing about who?s turn it is to go on their break. After five minutes of arguing, some guy named ?Fishy?starts making our flatbreads. The same girl from the beginning proceeds to make our smoothies. The others pull out their phonesand start taking selfies and scrolling through Instagram. After nearly burning our flatbreads in the oven, Fishy and one of hisfriends decide they?re leaving to go on break. Thirty minutes later, my order is finally completed. The next day, we get FOODPOISONING from this place. Terrible service. Terrible employees. Unsanitary environment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not very pleased with this tropical smoothie service. As far as the food goes it was okay? They forgot to tell us that we had... sides and forgot to give us are sauce for are food and as we are waiting the girls that where working there where completelyignoring us and the place was trashed it was a very gross environment. Not to mention trash in the trash can was very full andthere where crumbs all over the ground and table?s that where also left over with smoothie cups. Tropical Garbage ???? Cafe!!! It seems every store (including this one for sure) I go to has turned into straight garbage!!! How... anyone can mess up an order time after time after time (during same visit)!!! The ingredient list for every smoothie isliterally at their finger tips!!! How can you mess this up!! The girl who made my smoothie gave me the barely blended leftovers of the person who ordered the bahama mama right before me.... Then only filled my cup half way and didn?t even bother to make more for me. Then when I went back into the store to ask if Icould get more they blatantly ignored me.
