The worst run DQ I have ever been to, multiple times this place has been a terrible customer experience. This most recent order,... ny order was wrong, and they gave me a milkshake in a broken cup... instead of pouring it into a new cup they put the milkshakecup inside another cup .... that was also cracked.... who trains these people. The guy that took our order was amazing, super patient and quite funny, and very thorough with our orders. (we had 2 separate... orders for one vehicle) he got our sundaes and drinks straight away after taking payment, and asked us to pull ahead which wasno big deal. However, from there we waited just over 20 minutes for 3 meals, all while our sundaes melted in the truck, and wewatched no less than 6 vehicles come, order, get their food and leave all before we got our order. Once we finally got our food,it was practically cold and soggy, which left little to be desired. The chicken strip meal consisted of 3 chicken strips thatwere at a max 3.5 inches long and maybe an inch wide, there were large black and brown chunks of lord knows what piled in theonion rings, and like I said, the fries were cold and soggy once we got them. Sure, it cost about fifty bucks for 3 meals and bytoday's standards in the world that isn't much, but between the cold food, the melted sundaes that got all over everything bythe time we arrived home (we literally live merely a 2 minute drive from dq at absolute max), and the ridiculously long waittime as well as the burnt.. Whatever they were chunks in lieu of onion rings, tonight's visit was disheartening anddisappointing to say the least. This is not the usual standard of service dq as a whole provides, but specifically for thisrestaurant in particular, so I don't know if they were having a bad night, or what's changed (we don't eat out all that often,but, surely not THAT much has changed over the past few weeks...), but tonight was less than acceptable, extremely subpar inalmost every area, and was not worth our gas going there, our time wasted waiting and certainly not worth the fifty bucks wewasted on cold food and inedible sundaes. Was at this location on Friday, September 9, 2022. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Allowed for a same price item to be... substituted and it made my entire party happy. Read more
My favourite dessert is the banana split. I have eaten at this location many times and the food has been great. This time not so... good. I ordered a banana split and the bananas were way over ripe to the point where they were mushy, hardly any chocolate orstrawberries. Very disappointed. Read more
I was driving through Armstrong with my family a few days ago (July 12) and needed to make a quick stop to get some food and I... was the first person in line in the store. It took 20 minutes for them to make me 2 burgers and 2 drinks. There were only 3people working there. 1 manager and 2 workers. 1 worker had never made drinks before :( The drive through line was movingsteadily). I wish they would pay more attention to people actually coming into their store. Read more
Staff is friendly but they continue to lie about gravy being an extra add-on for chicken strip baskets and wont put it in the... takeout orders. I've contacted the head office about this as it's happened numerous time and the manager is doing it on purpose. Read more
