Horrible selection, messed up simple orders, refused to correct. Never seen an ice cream store without chocolate ice cream, hot... fudge and puts almonds when asked for walnuts. Read more
Order two triple scoops though Uber Eats, one as a sundae. Ordered Strawberry cheesecake, Icing on the Cake, and Cotton Candy.... Got 3 scoops of plain strawberry. For the sundae I ordered Oreo Cookies and Cream, Made with Snickers, and Reese Peanut Buttercup with hot fudge, peanut butter topping and cookie dough pieces. I got 3 scoops Oreo Cookies and Cream, and either a drop ortwo of chocolate syrup. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Usually merchants call if they are out of something soyou can cancel or substitute, as with Uber Eats, you don't know something is wrong until it arrives and by then it is too late.Clearly they are frequently out of flavors, and either don't really read the orders or are out of toppings as well. This place wasn?t all that great to begin with now they are even worse. I?ve been twice over the past couple of months and they... always seem to be out of everything. They can?t make any of the menu items. I end asking for a chocolate shake and they chargeme 6 dollars, hand me a cup of cold melted Ice cream and say ?sorry our ice cream is like soup?. Nice people, however, this place rarely has any flavors. Today I drove by and asked for a vanilla ice cream and they didn?t even... have vanilla. It baffles me how an ice cream shop doesn?t have the most basic flavor! They also never seem to have donuts instock or banana splits. Very annoying. Something the service is terrible because the workers can?t hear what people are saying.I understand if they need an order to be repeated once or twice, but five?? No...that?s just pushing it. Ordered a cake for my son?s birthday with a nationals MLB theme. Picked up the cake and noticed that the MLB team was incorrect... and let the manager know. Not only was she very rude but told me there?s nothing that could be done since the cakes are madeoffsite. I asked if I could just a cake from the the freezer she said I could but those are 2 weeks old. the manager reached outto the owner that said give a refund and trash the cake. Her advice to me there are other places to get a cake go there. Read more
