The staff that took my order was watching a baseball game while we said our order so I ended up with grilled and raw onions... (wanted grilled) also got pickles thrown on my burger which I didn?t ordered. Asked for fries and they never put them on theorder. Wasn?t pleased at all. If you are working you need to pay attention to detail and it didn?t happened. Wanted to speak tothe manager but the staff didn?t seem to care when issues were brought up. The guy that was watching the baseball game wasn?tprofessional at all and I?m sure the owner wouldn?t appreciate knowing that staff are getting paid to not work. Read more
Place was a little messy. There was no salt available. I asked for salt. They told me they were out. Out of salt? Never been at... a fast food place or restaurant that was out of salt. Otherwise food was alright, and the burger and fries had good taste. Itdidn't look overly busy, the tables could have been wiped, the floor should have been swept, and the condiments could use someattention. Otherwise the burger and fries were tasty. Between the food being awesome and the owner being a great guy I think it's all the way around a great place to be. I've enjoyed... great conversation while waiting for my food to go and I've always found a clean place when I go to eden. The food is always hotand I've never had my order wrong.
