Reached out to the restaurant about my order and no response. Guess I'll leave an honest review then. I ordered a mini pizza and... parmesan chicken with broccoli with side of dessert. Simple right? Pizza had one side of just bread with no cheese or toppings(just horrible). Whoever baked this did not care whatsoever. Half way eating my broccoli, I noticed a bug in there. Absolutelydisgusting! How hard is it to wash the vegetables. Unfortunately will NOT be returning especially paying over fifty dollars forpoor quality food. Read more

This visit wasn't too bad. The service was pretty good for a period of time. Started as 10/10 but went to 3/10 by the end of the... night. Then when it came to the bill it took a while to get the bill with to go boxes. The food was not that bad maybe 7/10.Overall 3.5/5 stars for this location. Read more

I love this place. I have been coming here for many years. From the fantastic and fully stocked bar, to their extensive... alcohol menu and special drinks you will not be let down . The food menu is awesome. Best part is that they have almost everytype of cuisine so no matter what your family or partners and or kids want. There is something for everyone in your party. What can I say? Beautiful food, great service and a delightful atmosphere. This was my first visit to BJ’s in Bakersfield and... I will be coming back again! I had the Parmesan Chicken and it was a reasonable portion which was very tasty especially with thebutter sauce. For desert I had the Pizcookie, the bottom was a bit rocky and slightly burnt, but the ice cream made up for it-haha! Also, if you like your pizza to be crispy and not fluffy, I would let the server know just in case as my mother’s was aslightly fluffy and puffy base- she enjoyed it but we like ours crispy. We came in for dinner a party of three. We were greeted and immediately seated. This being Thursday night, ribs are on special... and I thought that would be a great pick. I was wrong, they were overcooked and dried out. How do you let that happen when youhave them on special? We also ordered the prime rib dip sandwich, it was delicious. I felt rushed with our server. We did arrive 1 hour before closing but she seem to be rushing us. The food was great. The drinks... were good. The customer service can have an improvement. The lady kept saying that they would be closing soon and did not let meplace my last drink and did not mentioned anything about last call for food or drink. Not sure; how to feel about this place.
