So we know happy hours at 3:00 and we got there a little bit early. We waited till 3:00 for about 10 minutes the reason for that... is if we would have ordered we wouldn't have got the happy hour special now I know that when you order it takes to 30 minutes toget your order so why couldn't we get the happy hour special if it was going to be about 3:30 when we got our plate. That was myconcern only the food was good the atmosphere is okay, and the happy hour kicked in and we were able to have one drink before wehad to head out. Thank you Read more

Last couple times I’ve gone no matter what time of day the food is always brought to me cold as if it has been sitting for a... while the last time I went was about 2 weeks ago I ordered a medium size traditional wings little to no sauce on the wings andthe meat on them was black fries were cold to the touch and got my appetizers with my meal place was not packed and waited about45- hour to receive my meal After ordering. We put an online order here to be ready at 11:10. We went and it was gone. Since we paid for it before hand they put it on a... shelf, unattended, by the door. Someone else took it. They told us they would have to remake it. At this time it was alreadycloser to 11:30. After we already had a long day we asked if they can at least throw in some sodas or something for ourinconvenience. The waitress had to call her manager Nathan. He told me that it was an inconvenience for them also and they wouldnot be giving me a soda. I told him they should not put the food where anyone can grab it and he told me its not their fault andthere's nothing he could do. After him continuing to tell me this does happen but "like once month." He walked away and wedecided to just get a refund. They called him back and he told me he had to submit for that from his district manager. He wastrying to talk me into just taking the food they were remaking but I did not feel comfortable eating it after the customerservice we had already received. I went to the Gosford location during lunch with a group of coworkers. We called ahead and asked if we could place an order to... dine in for it can be ready when we got there since we were on our lunch hour and were told yes we can. However, when we gotthere we were informed that we couldn't dine in cus we called ahead and were basically like to go orders. We spoke to themanager James who was rude and not helpful and were told we could not be seated inside even though his employee told us on thephone we could place the order to dine in and he told us they should be getting a rush in 15 minutes and he told us our onlyoption was taking our food to go or eat outside on the patio when it's triple digits outside during Bakersfield summer. Theinside was practically empty there was plenty of tables available. & we sat outside to eat our food and the whole hour we werethere there was no rush, hardly anybody came. I love the wings from here, It’s not costly and I love the many different flavors this place offers! I do recommend it to all... who loves wings! They also offer other stuff besides wings like great drinks, taters, fries, their burgers, chicken sandwichesand fried pickles, but I tend to only get wings even when I dine/order to go here! This place also has the best sauces. Myfavorite are the lemon pepper and the garlic parmesan. The prices are affordable and they have some good deals. I recommend it alot if you like watching a sports also. Read more
