Surprisingly great tasting pizza and desserts. BUT if you don?t take advantage of the coupons it is way to expensive. A 3 item... with cheap veggies (olives l, mushrooms, & tomatoes) with NO meat medium pizza delivered was $25.99 if no coupon used. We ordered a specialty pizza. There was no meat and all cheese and peppers. Very dry. The wings had very little sauce. The... cheese pizza had very little sauce. We had to pick it up because there is no delivery available. This place is penny pinchingand not providing a service we pay extra for. Very dissatisfied at the staff and quality. Needed dinner for Christmas evening and decided pizza. Ordered the Philly Cheese Steak online, like we have in the past. We... were eager for the pizza and breadsticks. However, this is the pizza that we received. It was burnt on edges and just notacceptable. This should never have left the Domino's kitchen. We tried calling multiple times, but no one was answering thephone. We filed a complaint with Domino's, asking for a call, but you guessed it - no response. This location is closest to my house so I have ordered here even though I keep having less than satisfactory experiences. ... Today's experience was terrible and will be my last with this location. I ordered my usual pizza order which includes mushrooms. Today when the pizza arrived home after being picked up by my husband, I open the box and immediately noticed the pizza reekedof expired mushrooms. The mushrooms were completely black in color and like I said, smelled foul, rendering the pizza inedible. Believing that the person in charge would remake my pizza without issue I called to complain today immediately after realizingthe problem. The lady on the phone who claimed to be the manager in charge immediately cut me off on the phone claiming theywould never put expired product on the food. I replied that they did and described to her the specific condition of themushrooms. She put me on hold. She complained that I am rude and yelling at her when I was not yelling at her (never did), nordid I say anything other than the specific issues about the mushrooms and now her denial of the truth of my claims and attitudewith me. I am not a person that likes to make problems or complain but whoever owns this store needs to be informed that it isnot being run well as far as I can see, and you are losing good customers. Today is my birthday and the pizza was supposed tomake me happy but instead the experience has seriously bummed me out. I love Domino's brand and standards and I wish this storewas living up to that.
