Service is terrible, specially their curbside pickup. They gave my order to someone else who had the same name as me. I can see... how that could happen but aren't they supposed to go over the order and check the car make and model? Came here to eat with my parents and my kids. The AC was full blast on a really low setting. This place felt like we were inside... the fridge. The food was good but we were not eating comfortably in the lobby and many others who attempted to eat inside leftbecause it was extremely cold. Read more

C'mon El Pollo Loco! Reheated cadaver meat barely edible! And forgot the corn tortillas. I am on a serious budget due to Covid... like most people. When we eat out we expect fresh food and complete orders. By trying to save a buck by serving reheated oldmeat, it will cost you thousands in the long run. We had a potluck at work and the mash potatoes and Mac n cheese was a hit I?d say better than kfc ????
