We ordered lunches, not family-style dishes, but shared some dumplings, which came... to the table piping-hot, and with a nice flourish our server poured a dark sauce over them, creating a steamy, fragrant delight. I normally like PF Chang's, it's not too bad. This last experience was swang my review from 4 stars to 3. The food was okay. We... initially ordered two dishes that were ultimately unavailable, that was a bummer. We then ordered two dishes that were fine. Theshrimp in the fried rice was not good at all, but the rice was fine. The pepper steak was good, and the lettuce wraps werefantastic (as always). Service was good. Our waiter was polite and apologetic about our initial orders. The atmosphere was justtoo loud with screaming and crying kids allowed to run amuck throughout the dining area.
