I did an online order through the Round Table website. Pizza was delivered to a wrong address. I called the Gosford location and... was told there was absolutely nothing that could be done. The manager had no contact information for the delivery service theyuse. Then I overheard the manager complaining to another employee. Then the manager just hung up the phone. No help, no apology.Really bad customer service. Read more
We were gifted a gift card that somehow didn't have the amount that I was told it had. But the gentleman that served us was just... as confused as I because the code hadn't been scratched off. So he gave us the meal on the house. The meal was descent but theservice was amazing and very nice. I love this place just because of how nice they were. Read more
Pretty good for a pizza joint. The food is good, especially the cheesy, garlic rolls. It's a nice family atmosphere where the... kids are able to play in the arcade section while still being in line of sight from just about anywhere in the restaurant. Myonly complaint is the bathroom, which needs some updating (the larger stall has a hole in the door from where a previous lockwas removed). Not bad overall, just use the restroom before heading here. Read more
