This was my 1st time actually going to rusty's normally it's delivered and everything is delicious and just as it should we I... ordered the lunch special number 10 with pepperoni and Canadian bacon I got Canadian bacon and chicken and I do not really wantchicken on my pizza I also ordered the 4 piece wings that came with it they were delicious and it came with a drink. Ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours for delivery. 2 hours later pizza arrived cold. Told driver... it's cold and he said "it's not my fault". I have been ordering pizza from Rustys for 20 years...never again!! Update... Aftertalking to the owner, he apologized and gave me a credit. Said he was working on hiring more employees for delivery. After 20years of pizza's l do like there pizza. So l ordered 1 more time and pizza was hot, great, and delivered on time. Keep up thegreat pizza and service. Read more
Food overpriced I though food was delicious. They did honor their dine-in time in which most places wouldn't have.
Good pizza. unfortunately slow to get to the table once the pizza is ordered. "It's not exactly quick lunch place." Plenty of... employees, but some aren't utilized to expedite dine-in orders. Read more
You may want to check your crew that was working your restaurant this afternoon 7/7/22. We?ve been customers for over thirty... years and have never experienced Such a lack of professionalism. They Seemed like they were having a social gathering ratherthan being concerned with getting the food out to the customers. We ordered individual pizzas and wedges. The pizzas tooklonger than they normally do but the wedges never got there while we were eating. When we were finishing our pizzas we askedabout the wedges. They said they had 4 more minutes. When they finally came out of the fryer my husband walked up to asked forthem again while asking for a to go box. The lady who seemed like she may have been the manager (she had done an interviewearlier) told him that they only have one fryer and they are busy. The guy who was running fryer filled several boxes withorders and stacked them on top each other while we stood there and waited. The lady my husband had asked was standing therevisiting with a co worker. I finally walked up and looked at all of them. She turned around and picked one of the boxes off thestack and handed it to me without saying anything. I was reluctant to take it so she said ?yah?. No apology for the delay.Nothing. Awesome pizza! Not so awesome dining room. There were a lot of cleanliness issues with the dining room that caught me off guard... because the pizza is always so fantastic. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, and I will update next time I eat in. Butagain, pizza is top notch. Their salad bar was also very clean and well kept! Read more
Good pizza! The service is kinda sad because everyone looks like they haven't slept all night. Salad is also good and... complements the pizza perfectly. The environment is really sad and looks like a retirement home. The drink fountain also needsmore options other than coke and root beer. Also the bathroom needs major help. Overall, the food was extremely good and it's agood place to get warm and cheesy pizzas. Read more
With everything going on, I understand how hard it is to keep a business afloat. The pizzas we ordered was left in the oven... longer than it should. It was eatable but with dark edges. The employees worked hard. Maybe that day (Saturday at 4:00 p.m.) wasbusy. I will go back again. Read more
