Whoever makes the sandwiches, great job! But the employees in charge of giving guests the food they ordered online To Go have... some serious training to do. The line to pick up was long and they were just running around doing other things not acknowledginganyone in line or handing anyone any orders 0so I never even knew if they were gonna help us soon or if I had to be THAT personto stop them in their tracks and ask them to just HAND ME the bag on their cart... please at least communicate with with yourguests... id be less angry if I knew they'd get to me in a minute or 5 minutes and not just act like we don't exist. The new owners have destroyed what was the best sandwich shop in town. Extremely poor service, cheaping out on the ingredients... but still charging premium prices, the restaurant is always filthy and the counter staff is clearly not trained on any aspect oftheir job. The original owners should be ashamed they sold to the incompetent clowns that own it now. Goodbye Sequoia, I lovedyou once. Read more

I decided to give Sequoia Sandwich another try today as it had been a couple of months that I stopped going due to many employee... errors (Incorrect Bread Type, Missing Condiments, Missing Desserts) I ordered from their website today: Checked out the "TWICETHE MEAT" Sandwich list and ordered the Turkey Club: I Always order the Club Deluxe, So I wanted to see what the differencereally would be. I Have Never Felt Scammed like I Did after Opening the "Twice The Meat" Sandwich. This was basically a ClubDeluxe with an extra slice of bread in the middle. There was absolutely no extra meat. If you look at the photos I added. Only2.5 Slices of Turkey were added on the bottom bun with 1 slice of cheese. The only thing the extra bread did was separate theLettuce, Tomato, and Bacon from the turkey to make this look taller. I removed the middle bread and ate the sandwich as the ClubDeluxe. I felt scammed because of the Price for this "TWICE THE MEAT" $19 Meal. Read more

Have been a long time customer and love the food, but recent customer service experience at Rosedale Hwy location was poor. 3 of... 4 sandwiches were made incorrectly for our to go order. Returned back to the shop an hour after we picked up and the supervisorssaid they couldn't fix the order because we hadnt called right away (Brylee and Raymond), they offered a dessert for theinconvenience for the order which was over $50. We just wanted the correct sandwiches. They gave us the cell # for Manager Wendiwho then said she would mail us giftcards for the order but never did. Followed up with Wendi again and now she is saying herdistrict manager is responsible for sending the giftcards (still have not received almost 3 weeks later). Overall customerservice at this location has gone down hill since change in ownership. Read more

Flavor wise, I love the flavor of their sandwiches, yet, they could make it a lot better in the presentation and the care they... put into making them, meaning, they verily put any mayo/dressing on the bread, the presentation of the sandwich loooked likethey just throw it together in a hurry. Customer service wise, it is embarrassing. The cashier was rushing through the order,questions to her were answered as it was a bother to her and like she had no time to answer, even though there were no othercustomers waiting. Not only that, but continuously looking at her cellphone while we were ordering. Never offer any items to gowith the meal, it was always "is that all, is that all". As soon as we paid, she resumed to her cellphone activity right infront of everyone. Another staff member, chewing gum in the front, mouth wide open, customers waiting to ask her for items toout their food to go while she is busy talking to the cashier that was on her cellphone. Both laughing, having a good time whilecustomers wait. I definitely enjoy the flavor of a good sandwich like sequoia's, but for the price, the laziness andcarelessness of the staff, I rather make one at home. Read more

Been coming here for years, I am saddened that the high standard customer service has succumbed to post Covid service like many,... keeping prices high and lowering customer service. My daughter ordered a Hot Cajun Chicken Sandwich, repeated it twice to onlyget a cold one, when she received her sandwich, the attitude and no apologies was exemplified and then was told she was going tohave to pay for it. After explaining she said twice she specifically ordered a Hot, the sandwich was made and brought to thetable and tossed with a irritated ?here you go?! My daughter went on to say thank you, only to be ignored. They just opened andwere not busy. I come here and pay a premium price for a good sandwich, should we not get better than this. Read more

Cajun turkey sandwich is so good! This specialty sandwich shop is a great lunch stop. Try the peanut butter cookies!

Came in for dinner and was immediately greeted by Nicholette, she took my order and I asked her about dessert, she suggested the... Butter cake, I was hesitant, she said it was really good, I ordered it. All food is to go, got home and dug in. Cajun turkeysandwich was tasty and good. My son raved about the hot pastrami sandwich, he loved it. The Butter cake...OMG, it was wonderful,we shared it. The store was very clean and the restroom was too. Nicholette, is an asset, friendly, polite, helpful and made myvisit here such a great experience I will come back very soon. Read more
