Unfortunately, this location NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE. I?ve been told by one of the employees that they unplug the phone line... because of how ?overwhelming? it gets when busy. That?s not cool, especially when you, as a customer, is trying to make sure thestaff gets the order right. Something has to change at this location!!! Read more

I usually like Wingstop but I would not recommend this location: - Placed a phone order, showed up 20 minutes later for them to... tell it would be an extra 6 minutes. Ended up waiting an hour for my order. - One hour wait for 30 wings!! - Location lacksmanagement. Kitchen was full of employees, but orders were not getting done efficiently. Instead, employees were hanging out andon their phones. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a different location. Read more
