Unfortunately, this location NEVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE. I?ve been told by one of the employees that they unplug the phone line... because of how ?overwhelming? it gets when busy. I usually like Wingstop but I would not recommend this location: - Placed a phone order, showed up 20 minutes later for them to... tell it would be an extra 6 minutes. Ended up waiting an hour for my order. - One hour wait for 30 wings!! - Location lacksmanagement. Kitchen was full of employees, but orders were not getting done efficiently. Instead, employees were hanging out andon their phones. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a different location. Read more

Did an online order jul 15th at approximately 4:45 pm . Order was not even in progress as they did not even start it untill i... walked in. Then the order was incorrectly made by the manager on duty .when i called i was hung up on 4 times the first time bya gentleman who was unable to articulate a sentence then when I finally got through the manager on duty immediately went on thedefensive attempting to cut me off as i spoke blaming another new staff member who did nothing wrong .the problem was staff isjust unable to handle the work . Management is incompetent and unable to correctly coplete orders plus very argumentative. Iexplained its not a big deal i would just like to pick up the missing food items i dont really feel like fighting over chickenwings. If I could give zero stars I would. This is literally the worst wing stop in Bakersfield. I called and placed an order at 9:15... was told my order would be done in 18 minutes. Got there checked my order it was completely wrong had to wait 40 minutes to getit back get home and it still be WRONG. Called to complain and to receive a refund and got to deal with a teen that wanted toargue about how she didn?t make the order wrong. Lol. Don?t eat here. -10 stars they tried to tell me this is Cajun when it?sclearly atomic or some type of hot literally burning my eyes just smelling this. Really good chicken wings. The store is pretty dirty and a lot of the drink selections in the Coke machine always seem to be... out. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for your order if you're in at lunch time, but the food is worth the wait. Read more
Food is good, 45 minute wait ,worth the wait for wings. Service is good Cashier was very polite. The only minor issue was the... dirty tables left behind by other customers. Other than that, they would of got a 5 star. Read more
