Drive through personnel carrying on, playing around, hitting each other all while mic was still on. Car in front of me sat for... 10mins and drove away never giving order. Then I pulled up and was told "hold on" all while playtime continued. I was waitingsince I used and payed through mobile app. At 10:06 after waiting several minutes, I was told they had no more breakfastsandwiches since no more breakfast was being made, and needed to order lunch. She then asked if there was anything else I neededfrom them. So I pulled around to drive through register, no one there. A couple of minutes later one person ran up bent over infront of register as another employee was swatting them with a rolled up place mat or papers of some sort. At this point I'dseen enough, just drove away. Wow, total disregard for customer service and professional appearance at this store. But it'salways busy so owners apparently could care less. I had no problems in the Drive-thru. I was able to place my order in 3min. Of pulling into the lane. I ordered my food In 2min.... And pulled around to pay window all in about 10 min. Read more

Worst McDonald's... Ordered in the lobby, 5 customers were served after my order and at least 18 drive through vehicles before I... received my order. Order was not complete and when I arrived home my cheeseburgers had no cheese and my nuggets were notincluded. Took 30 minutes to fail... at least if it was fast I might understand a little more, but this one was slowwwwwwww Read more

The urgency of service, and customer focus with please and thank you are a thing if the past. I'm not completely disappointed,... but my expectations for simple customer service is lowered. People are not acting that well in these places either. All of usneed to not treat McDonald's workers like we're in a 5 star restaurant. The customer's have beat these people down. The servicehas suffered because the average worker has been removed for safety reasons, and problemized more by the kiosk order system. Itis sad all around. Read more

Dirty restaurant area, Dirty bathroom, overcooked hard chicken nuggets, using old oil, took 25min to get order with only 3... people in front of me. I ended up throwing food away. It tasted bad. Read more

I don't know why we keep going here( though it's not very often maybe a couple times a year) the service is always bad and our... order is always messed up. They talk so fast at the drive thru you can't understand what they are saying. Sorry I can't helpbut feel because of my race the attitude is there when you question the orders outcome but then again maybe it's just everyone. Read more

Poor customer service. The workers in both drive-thru windows had attitudes. Couldn't give me a receipt. I order sweet and sour... sauce with kids meal and double fries... Only for us not to get double fries.. they didn't put the sauce in the bag I asked forit the girl got an attitude and said we ain't got none, so I ask well can I get bbq sauce and suggested that they should havesaid they didn't have any instead of not giving anything. Our four burgers were extremely salty... I will just take the extrafew minutes and drive to the one on Northfield... It's always something at this location, From cold fries to not getting theorder right! Read more

If I could I'd give 0 stars. Not only did it take 4 times of me repeating my very simple order until they "got it all"...a 20... minute wait in the slowly moving drive thru...but I didn't even end up with what I ordered. All I wanted was 2 orders of the 2for $6 quarter pounder with cheese, plain, no bun. I got a whole bag of shredded lettuce and meat...wheres my cheese! The staffwas rude, no first greeting, no second greeting, no "have a good day" nothing! You would have thought they were robots. Thefirst and last time stopping here, worst service I've ever gotten.
