My son and I went here for the first time. Now let me say first the waitress we had was great and the restaurant appearance was... good. Now to the food my son ordered barbecue wings , mashed potatoes. I ordered steak , mashed potatoes, and green beans. The mashed potatoes were cold and the mozzarella sticks were cold. My wife and I came here and every item we ordered was either wrong or not prepared right. We watched several parties leave... because the service was horrible. I ordered wings and this wing was on the plate. I ordered two beers and only got one. Mywife’s cream soda tasted like tap water and the Shirley temple was straight up club soda. Her steak that she ordered mediumrare came out looking like a hockey puck. The manager was short with the couple next or us. Do not come here. Read more
Food was delicious. Wait time was great!! Walked right in. Restaurant had a lot of finger prints on the front door n plexiglass... that separates the tables. Waitress was very polite n gave awesome service. Read more
Great beer menu, good food and burgers but pricey. They input my phone number wrong and I never got notice when the table was... ready even though we were sitting at the front waiting. After 40 minutes we went to ask and found the error. They offer scanand pay which is very convenient. Read more
Desserts are one of my weakness ??????????? and BJ’s Pizookies was one of the reasons I wanted to eat there but I decided to... enjoy a meal and not over indulge ???????????. Service was very slow that evening but our food came out hot. The pork chop was alittle tough but good still. The sliders and kids deep dish pizza was okay. Very bland in taste. Read more
Our server Tyree, was very attentive ,as well as friendly. The food came out excellent. Will definitely be returning. We got the... Parmesan Crusted Chicken along with the Spaghetti and Meatballs. Server Chris was awesome and insightful. Went Saturday afternoon, wasn't too crowded. Seated within minutes and didn't feel like... long for the food. I got the jalapeño burger which was tasty. My friend said its been a while since having good fish and chipsand this met the standard. Got the 3 mini pizookies: fudge brownie, Strawberry shortcake & salted caramel. DELICIOUS. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. We went on Wednesday for $11 burgers. We told our server at the beginning. My... burger came out nearly inedible; center was raw. I asked for medium rare. It was very salty. Fries were overcooked and salty.Also, at the end, we were charged full price for these specials! I never got a refill on my tea or water. No one came back toservice us. There was also a different server that made us very uncomfortable. He walked slow and GLARED at our table for longperiods of time. He wouldn't talk. We had 5 empty glasses in one place. With two empty hands, he took 1 glass (not 2). Then, hecame back with a tray when we were getting up and leaving. He blocked me in my seat. We asked him two times if I could leavebecause I need to go to the restroom. No help. I had to scoot to the other side of the table to get out. We will never return. Read more
