This store is the epitome of Chipotle. The staff are excellent and will ensure that you know your place. You are but one... customer and any questions will hold up the line. Know what you want or wait until you do before you get in line. Should yousee an item on the online menu, staff will immediately correct you if they do not carry it. Speak loudly! It is your fault ifthey do not actually hear you. You will be responsible if they make something you did not want simply because it soundssimilar. Chipotle is not for children! You have been warned and to ensure you learn this lesson, the children's meals no longeractually include anything, and queso has been made a side. I did an online order for the 1st time in a long time at this Chipotle - Vista Gardens in Lanham, MD. My order was supposed to... be ready at 8:10p and the app says finished orders are placed on a shelf to pick up - other orders were alreadyon the shelf whenI arrived. Because it was busy, I waited for my order to be completed since it wasn't on the shelf. I arrived at 8:10p. Iwaited until 8:30p because my order wasn't on the shelf yet. I got curious and asked a cashier when my order would be readyand she reached over behind the counter (out of sight) and handed me my order. I was very surprised. It was ready but theykept it (the only order) behind the counter. I got home and everything was cold. I would not recommend this restaurant. Read more
