This place use to have great service and was very clean. I lived in this area for over 7 years. Over the last year and a half... the service severely declined. The Gen Z black young people need to have some intense leadership training. Their staff hasHORRIBLE attitudes, talk about personal stuff in front of customers, talk bad about other employees in front of customers. Theindoor is dirty! Receipts and paper napkins all on the floor. Trash cans overflowing. When orders are wrong they get attitudeswith the customer. Leadership needs to do professional training before people prefer robots than those horrible attitudes! Sosad it declined! It used to be extremely nice with great experience and customer service. I never give ratings but at this place it seemed somewhat necessary imo. First Panera Bread I ever been to that does not have... the kiosks where you can create orders yourself. ???????? I ordered a turkey breakfast sandwich and it was ok. Average atbest. The main reason I'm giving this review is the asiago cheese focaccia as seen in the picture. Barely has any cheese, wasnot fresh because it felt a little harder than usual, and is a bit overbaked. Just ended up scraping the top off with whatevercheese i could get and will try to find some pigeons to feed them the remains. Read more
I've been coming to this location on and off for over a year and will not go here anymore. They always seem to be sold out of... most if not all bakery/pastry items before noon, long wait times for curbside pick up and I've received orders with itemsmissing several times. I ordered delivery last week directly through the app, order arrived and I only got 2 of the 5 items Iordered, and one of those items was still wrong. Contacted Panera support and they said this location handles complaints ontheir own and I have to wait 5 days for a response before I can escalate the issue...I don't expect to hear anything. I ordered my favorite sandwich, Chipotle Chicken, no avocado with extra Chipotle sauce. When I got home, the sandwich was dry... with little to no sauce on it and a little chicken. Please take better care in preparing to-go orders. It's disappointing whenone gets home and the food is not right ???????? Read more
Used this location for a catering order for an event it was a waste of $300! Late delivery, did not set it up like requested on... the order, supplied no plates, and to top it off, all of our juice was EXPIRED PAST A MONTH! Read more
I have been coming to this Panera since it opened and honestly it has never been on par with others near by (Bowie Town Center... and Gambrills). Over the last few years, however, it has declined to unacceptable levels. The portions are smaller than otherstores; there are always flies in the restaurant; the coffee is always cold; and utensils and salad dressing are served inplastic like carryout even when dining in. I consistently come back for the convenience and each time I am reminded why Ishouldn't. I absolutely will not return. Read more
Relaxed setting for meeting a friend for a healthy meal or great to grab and go. Laptop friendly for patrons with relatively... quiet surroundings. Friendly and courteous staff. So why 4 stars one might ask? I requested a knife to cut mom's sandwich tomake manageable for her... knife received appeared to miss some cycle of the cleaning process. This Panera bread has the worst and laziest staff I?ve ever encountered. I often drive miles to a better and CLEANER location... just to know I?m going to be satisfied with my food order. Thank GOD I?m not allergic to nuts but I do prefer my salad withoutthem. EVERY TIME I make the request to have the nuts removed. They are on my salad. Every single time. They often missingredients. I?ve been given a warm bowl with broccoli and two pieces of chicken. Something needs to be done. Read more
