This location used to be good, but now it is barely passable. While the wings are still acceptable, the service and attention to... detail are not. With so many better options in the area, I will not be coming back. After reading other reviews, it is clearthese problems are not a one-off and will not improve with time or feedback. Just reviewed a few weeks ago but I had to delete the 3 star to give a 1 star. I'd give zero if possible. I ordered boneless and... a wrap online. After completion of the order I was told it would be over an hour wait. I called to make sure that was accurateand was told yes, is that okay? Well... yeah I paid ahead so unfortunately it has to be. My wife stopped in on her way home justto make sure our food wouldn't wait just in case. As expected the food came out in about 30 minutes. We live about a mileaway... or less. Our food was not hot, let alone warm. Imagine if we showed up at the 70 minute wait time! Our food would havebeen ice cold by then. It was garbage. Your cooks are dropping food in a deep fryer, not making miracles happen over there. Howdo you mess that up? We will NEVER return to this location. Detroit wing company here we come. I hope this review prevents anyof your future customers from returning. Good luck keeping your customers happy. i ordered a 10 piece bundle and it was for take out. when i got home(i only live 8 minutes from this place) i noticed there was... 7 instead of 8. i was like “oh well” i’ll eat it anyway. i took my first bite of my wings and they were cold. i found ahair on the 3rd wing i was eating. the french fries were also cold. i don’t know what is going on because this place usuallydoes a good job, but today is just not it. Great place for a group of people to hangout, have a couple of beers, get some lip smacking chicken wings to catch up on a game.... The service was great!! Went in on a Sunday night with a group of 6 people. Got the table very quickly and was attended muchmore faster.Would recommend for everyone who lives around and obviously go for the wings,chocolate fudge cake for the dessert,the new boneless bar pizza with a tall blue moon. I should know better to not order from this location. Been here dine in or take out 3-4 times and it has always been the worse... quality food of any buffalo wild wings we have been to. This time we spent $70+ and we got way over cooked, hard wings that weredifficult to chew. What makes it even worse is they had almost no wing sauce on them so you couldn't just cover them in sauceand try to pretend that they were cooked properly. I’ve ordered multiple times from this Brighton location (40min drive round-trip), but I’ve had enough of the quality issues,... so now I’m posting. Black bean burger? Perhaps I should’ve tipped $40 instead of $20. I’ll be driving further to findanother location. Save yourself the trouble. I’ve added two photos, one from the menu picture and one is from my order. Honestly the last few time I have been here the food has been terrible. The wings barely have any sauce, which I see several... complaints about that in other reviews, so I’m not sure why you wouldn’t want to address that since multiple people complainabout that being an issue. Also, they are so overcooked and dry, which was the opposite of the wedges that we got which weresuper undercooked. I got honey BBQ and Parmesan garlic and they were basically dry, plain, boneless wings. Not appetizing andunfortunately I got carry out so I couldn’t even ask for more. I prefer the Howell location, however, there are times that I need delivery and this is the location that delivers to me. The... celery is always on its last leg, they give you the smallest amounts of ranch (they've literally bought smaller cups) and theranch isnt mixed well, and the wings are always always cold (which isn't entirely their fault).
