Girl was nice until I asked why my drink wasn't full all the way. Asked for 4 shots over ice with carmel in a venti cup filled... with almond milk with Carmel drizzle and carmel syrup. My drink comes out half full. I asked could you fill it all the way?? Shesaid I can't I can only fill it like this much more. I was like okay... can you put the rest ice then? Yeah. Was her response.Not sure why when it was what I asked for. Another lady then brought it back out to me. I was like so what should I be askingfor. She said a quad latte. I get it I guess but I don't. If that's what I ordered why couldn't we just fulfill the order? Orcorrect me when i was placing the order. I didn't really appreciate attitude when I almost always leave a tip. I came here at 9.00 a.m, there are a long queue of drive-thru customers, but only 2-3 tables for dine-in. My orders took longer... time than usual, but no problem, it?s Sunday :) , the staff is very friendly and so active, I?ll come here again. Read more
Very clean. Efficient and friendly enough staff. Just seemed as if they could've been more organized or I would have given them... a 5 Star rating. What I mean by that is they take orders than stack them up on the to-go area of the counter but leave customersto figure it all out themselves. They say the person's name once very low and dismissive... hard to hear. So you have lots ofpeople rifling through beverages/food orders. Made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Read more
Always pleased with service at this Starbucks location. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, and the drinks are always... made quickly and correctly. There is one worker who stands out to me though, and her name is Aleigha. She is so very friendlyand passionate about her job. She is also very knowledgeable about her job and the different menu items. She has certainly tookan already pleasant experience at the restaurant and made it even better. Tried to go at 2:30 and saw they closed at 2. Returned to order from another restaurant nearby and noticed there were people... walking up to the drive-thru window being served! Not sure what's going on, the door was locked to walk in. I will be contactingcorporate to find out. I have pictures of a lady being served at the window at approximately 4pm...... Read more
The baristas are always so rude at this location and my drink is never made right. My cup comes out half full! This never... happens at other locations. If I?m paying for $$$ for a drink I would expect to get what I payed for. When asking the barista ifI can get more milk added she got very rude and annoyed and still didn?t fill it?.The parking lot situation is also horrendous.The entrance/exit is blocked multiple times per day due to long lines. I still have to wait 10+ minutes when placing a mobileorder pick up and my drink is still way off. I only go here if absolutely necessary. I much prefer the Starbucks at Bushes. Thebaristas there are always so kind, there is rarely a wait, and they always get my drink order right. Read more
