We stopped here on our way to a softball game. We ordered donuts, muffins and coffee. As well as some bottled soda. I used the... restroom, which was very clean and well kept. Overall it's a very well run business. And I would use this Dunkin store again. Read more

This is purely based off service, not product because honstley, after standing around for five minutes at the register no one... even acknowledged my presence. I can understand if it's busy and you have a line of cars waiting at the drive-thru, but when I'mstanding looking over to counter to see if anyone in fact works at the location I'm going elsewhere. I may have to make itmyself but at least at a gas station I'll get coffee instead of standing around. Read more
I'm a regular at Dunkin and they always know the same thing I get everyday unless I change it ! I love the people that work here... like I've known them forever one of my favorite Dunkin's ! Also customer service is outstanding I get smiles on my iced coffeeevery other morning it's the little things that make a difference in our day ???? Read more
A few weeks ago, I asked for a hot medium coffee and was charged more for an iced coffee. When I referenced being charged for a... hot coffee instead, I was told I had to wait for the manager to return to reverse the charge. I left it as it is and went on myway. The next week I didn't request sugar in my coffee but there it was at the bottom of my cup. And today, I sipped hair out ofmy cup????. I don't have proof on whether these incidents are flukes or if I'm being hazed...but to be on the safe side I willnever patron this DD (140 Albany Tpke, Canton, CT) if it's the last DD on earth as I cannot trust the service I received fromthis establishment. Ill start by saying, coffee was pretty good and made correctly, so 3 stars for that. However, customer service and attitude was... terrible. I wanted to get a strawberry refresher and was told they were all out of the flavor. The cashier went on to say thatthey only had peach flavor left, but I have a learning disability, so before they said that part, i was already asking if theywere out of the blueberry flavor as well, before my brain registered that they said peach was the only flavor available. Ilistened to them make fun of this and complain about me while i was waiting for my drink, loudly and right in front of me. Atleast wait until i leave to be rude. I dont usually compain about this kind of thing, because I've worked at dunkin donuts, so iknow how stressful and unrewarding it can be to work there, but making fun of people with disabilities right in front of thecustomer is incrediblity hurtful and crosses a line. ????
