I went in the evening with friends and ordered a decaf house blend. They told me that they didn't have any decaf brewed and that... they'd be closing in an hour so they couldn't make any more as it would go to waste. They did tell me that sometimes they stillhave decaf left in the evening but some days they don't. The barista was kind enough to explain that they can only serve theircoffee for 4 hours after it's brewed and that since they were only open for 1 more hour they couldn't make anymore. I will notbe back. Read more

Still waiting for the sandwiches.. over 20 minutes of wait.. your staff was not busy... the girls chose to not serve us... patrons.. no one apologized for the delay.. the food was not even handed to us... very disappointing... 6 on staff at the time..training or not.. you were not busy at that time.. you chose to forget the later half of our order... you chose to not do yourjob. Loved the cold brew! Hot coffees are a tad too sweet for my taste. However, the ambience was great!

Great espresso though keeping smaller cups for a shot size serving would make more sense.

I usually order doordash from this place but they always leave nice lil messages on the bags like this and it kinda makes my... day. The coffee is definitely a huge step above Starbucks. Every time I order my coffee it?s always made right and all thepastries and bagels are amazing I love u guys. <3 Read more

Sweetwaters in Canton is one of my favorite locations! The staff is always very friendly and strives to achieve customer... satisfaction but this is NOT Starbucks and I say that in a good way (and I LOVE me some Starbucks). We as consumers have torealize that each place is different and appreciate the quirks that come with it. Sweetwaters is where I go if I want a sweetdrink, hence the Sweet in Sweetwaters from my understanding. They specialize in coffee & teas but also offer sandwiches, snacks& sweet treats like cake pieces (or whole cakes!). My favorite is the OMG! Chocolate Cake and I have made many friends happy onan off day by offering to bring them a drink and a piece of cake from Sweetwaters :) The cafe will also do special orders forevents like Paczki for Fat Tuesday, Pie orders for Pie Day or Frost your own Cookies for Christmas. Pre-Covid, this cafe alsohad what I believe were called Open-Mic nights where community artists (whether individuals or groups) could preform. They alsohave artwork displayed through the restaurant available for purchase or just to view. I'll be excited when they can bring backmore community events. I am so happy that they have added the Quad size for their iced drinks! Now I can have my Imperial MilkTea in a larger size! Though I hope that other Sweetwater cafes will also add this to their menu soon! (Ypsilanti, I'm speakingto you!) * Year of the Tiger has brought on my new favorite drink: Dirty Chai: a chai drink with a shot of expresso. I prefermine iced with vanilla. Read more

Excellent coffee shop. Very good ambience, good selection of coffee and tea, they also have good selection of snacks sweet and... savory. I saw couple fresh baked pies as well. They do have some non dairy options like almond milk for an additional charge. So vegan friendly. Until now my favorite option is French Vietnamese au lait. Creamy and perfect coffee strength. Friendly andhelpful employees. The decor is nice, art work on the wall, local art for sale. There are plenty of seating but no free wifi. There is xfinity wifi signal, you might be able to use it if you are a Comcast customer. Another small thing they only haveTogo cups. No ceramic mugs even if you want to hang out and drink. So a chain coffee shop with a local feel. Read more
