My husband and I both placed mobile pick up orders, food/smoothies were ready on time. We ate in the clean dining area and I... highly enjoyed the atmosphere and music. Always delicious! A popular & busy spot that's for sure! This particular time I went it wasn't busy and I was able to enjoy my... meal inside peacefully without the hustle & bustle of a crowd. I usually order the baja chicken wrap (with kettle chips) and anisland green smoothie...both of which don't disappoint on flavor! It was also nice to actually hear the current hits that wereplaying on the sound system inside. Customer service was nonexistent. I walked in and no one greeted me. I gave my name for a pickup order and the cashier walked... away once I noticed they put the drinks to the side. Nothing more or less was said. Drink was good only good thing about myvisit. Read more

Good salsa Verde quesadilla they were busy so it fully melted but flavor still came through. They very well oiled machine... group. Handled afternoon rush very well. Even as phone orders were pouring in. Everyone in their station handled assignmentsefficiently. Read more

Do not go to this establishment. I?ve been to plenty of these places without issue, but this location is obviously ran by people... who just don?t care. Nothing was correct, the customer service was atrocious. My son is vegetarian and he ordered a vegetarianwrap. When the order was received it had chicken on it. I let the employee know the issue and I was met with nothing but excusesand attitude. I was told they can?t check every order and asked what I expected them to do!! I don?t know make it right and notgive me attitude!! I would rather take a vacation to North Korea than go back to this location. Please fire the entire staff andstart over. You may have better luck if it was ran by the smartest kid with down syndrome!! Read more

If you care about your order being correct, go elsewhere. They act like they're listening but you have better odds of hitting... the lottery than their ability to do their jobs. When asked to get the correct order you will see the worst customer service. Read more

Great place. Staff is warm and friendly. Emily is funny and light hearted but works hard. Autumn is very nice and great at... customer service. Maya is very professional, hardworking and nice. Noyanna is very friendly and great at customer service. Allthe folks that work here and management are very wonderful at doing their jobs and providing a great environment to frequent.The staff always bring a smile to my face as I start my days. Three times I have ordered from them no bacon and bite in it, and each time they leave bacon in the sandwich. I try to call them... but guess what no one will answer the phone. I was all about giving businesses chances but I?m allergic to bacon and end updealing with paying for something that I can?t even eat three times. Read more
