This was my first time coming to this place. It's a small, intimate place with top-notch staff that take great care of you. Lots... of parking in front and beside the place. The manager actually came outside and greeted us as we arrived. He explained thatbecause of the Covid-19 pandemic, you had to show your vaccination card to eat inside but there was plenty of tables outside ifyou didn't have proof of vaccination. The menu has a good selection of things to offer. Obviously this is a seafood restaurantand there are a lot of choices. In addition they offer a variety of meat, steak, lambchops, and pasta dishes. Everything soundsdelicious. We started off with appetizers. I had the crab cakes and my friend had the steamed clams. Both were excellent andcooked perfectly. Lots of good choices for appetizers! For the main course, I had the scallops and my friend had the Chilean SeaBass. They were served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Everything was absolutely delicious. Unlike a lot of otherrestaurants, these guys focus on quality over quantity. The meal was filling but I wasn't overstuffed. I really prefer that. Oh,and their bread is great! It's served with olive oil but butter is available. Very addictive! For dessert, I had a hard timechoosing but decided on the raspberry cheesecake. It was perfect. Slightly tangy raspberry sauce and perfect NY stylecheesecake. The restaurant's ambiance was nice. The tables are close enough for cross-table conversations. The people at theadjacent tables were very nice and friendly. The restaurant staff were great. They kept a close watch to make sure your drinkwas refilled or if you needed anything. They were professional but very friendly. My friend lives very close to the restaurantand comes there often. I definitely look forward to coming back soon! I honestly can't say enough good about this place.. so let's start from the beginning.. its my wife and I 10 year wedding... anniversary, we decided to check out this place since we stayed in a resort close by. When we arrived we quickly noticed itsvery upscale and the client base was a bit more fancy then I had expected . Me having a face full of tattoos and not fitting theideal customer the other customers gave lots of looks but the staff never bat an eye at us . They didn't treat us any differentthan anyone else , they didn't treat us like " we couldn't afford it " .. they were amazing and very friendly. The food was topquality sea food , the entire experience was 5 stars across the board and I wish I could give more .. its not a cheap place , soit's definitely a date night type of place ( atleast for those is the lower tax bracket) but I highly recommend it if you canmake it.. thank you guys for making our anniversary dinner one for the books . A truly unique gem. Our experience was so good that I'm writing this even before we leave the restaurant. My mother and I... enjoyed a lovely lunch outside after shopping. We ordered the Seafood Caesar salad and the Pasta Oceans, which were perfectlylightly sauced, topped with tender-cooked seafood. We finished our meal with 2 incredible desserts, the Limoncello Gelato andthe Tiramisu. The tiramisu was perfection, so light and delicate; the gelato blew us away, it was so bright and tart andcreamy. If we lived here, we'd be regulars all the time. It'd be hard to stay away! Read more
I've been at this restaurant before and it's time to rate this place as the Best Seafood in the Desert. Everything was great:... service, food and we got a table without reservation which is a huge plus. Also, outside is a lovely patio in a shade. Just outside Palm Springs in Cathedral City this neighbourhood restaurant likes to do things in the old way. Pink table cloths,... traditional setting and excellently prepared food cooked exactly how it should be. You only need to look at the patrons to seethat they are regulars and that quality is something to come back for again and again. Good sized portions and reasonablepricing given it's fresh seafood in the dessert. The service was gracious and kind. Read more
