Went to Bowlero Saturday afternoon with no reservations for a group of 12. It was quite busy but they were able to get two lanes... side by side immediately. When our party grew larger, it was no problem for them to pause our game and move us so that all threelanes could be together. The bartenders were also friendly with all the food delivery to our lanes and all the staff was patientand pleasant. It?s a great team with a well kept facility and we can?t wait to return!! Awesome experience yesterday for my kid's 8th birthday party. The staff was on point the entire time. The manager on duty... introduced himself right away and ensured our party went smoothly. The food was very good and brought to us on time and keptwarm as the kids bowled. Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone we interacted with was. Only negative wasissues with the bowling lanes, like balls not returning and pins not resetting. Not a big deal, as someone was always availableto fix and the kids were never really bothered by it. Wow, did this place get expensive. I get it, inflation and all that but still. You're definitely paying for the fun, modern... atmosphere over a bare bones bowling alley. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would probably try to only go back on nights whenthey have specials going, otherwise I'll stick to the no frills bowling at Bowl America. Read more

????????????????KIND & GENEROUS! ???????????????? I had a Groupon for this place and the staff who attended us today was very... helpful and made the process of reddening it smooth with no hassles. I didn't get the name but this worker was very informativeand told us about specials they had for kids. Not only that he also gave me a complimentary gift of a free kids bowling and gaveus two arcade cards!!! Such a kind gentleman thank you sir!!! My kid definitely enjoyed his blessings. This place has a fun vibe for adults and young adults. I usually go at night and do indulge on their drinks. The price is... estimated 25 dollar for 2 rounds, which is good. My friends also enjoy this place. I think the food is pretty good for a bowlingplace. Read more
