Complete disaster. Incompetence at its finest.
Tried to call and order a pizza, but was told the only toppings were cheese or pepperoni. You used be able to customize it with... their other toppings. Very disappointed. Read more
I love Costco but I had a terrible experience at the food court. Ordered a pizza when I walked in. Then I went to go shop so my... pizza would be ready after checking out my groceries. Shopped for about 30?min. My pizza had to be ready by then. Nope. Mynumber wasn?t even written on a box. Saw that a manger stepped in after seeing there was only one employee back there makingpizza. That one employee wasn?t even paying attention to the register. The line was hella long when I went back to pick up mypizza. The manger and an employee looked at my receipt and just said ?it?s not ready? doesn?t even check if my number was on apizza box. Be in mind that?s was after the line so waited another 15min. The manger leaves once?s another employee comes. Sothere?s still only two employees. The second employee looks at my receipt and can?t find the number in a pizza box. That?s whenthe relies it wasn?t even written on a box. So another 10min has gone by. Then they try to give me a pepperoni pizza. When Iordered half and half. B/c they said it?ll take another 15-20min to make mine because they didn?t even notice it wasn?t on apizza box. So I waited about her 20min. Total wait time about an1 hour and 15min. Terrible and Poor service. The least theycould?ve done is give me a free pizza or hotdog. I get it gets busy but you guys run a food court. Expect to have rush hours.How are you going to have 1 person back there at dinner time. Please have at least 3 ppl back there at all time. Now when Iorders the pizza there was a two employees. But when I went to pick up my pizza there was one. So I suspect the person that leftdidn?t pay attention to any tickets and just threw them away. And either left due to his shift being over or range quit. But heshould have never had left without being replaced. He should honestly be fired but I know employment is hard these days. Very much affordable and taste good too.
As far as Costco food court goes this one was subpar. I was there on a Friday evening and had to spend over 30 minutes waiting... in line to get 1 slice of pizza. Their food options were very limited compared to what I have seen in other Costcos. Giving it 2stars only because the person working at the cashier was very friendly. Read more
Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. How can you go wrong with a $1.50 hot dog with a drink. As to the rest, not as lot of choice but good... for what it is. Some like the pizza, some don't. The newer "healthy" choices like the soy protein salad and the acai berrydessert are a nice addition. Read more
