Despite this location being inside the Harris Teeter grocery store, they actually make better coffee than the drive thru/store... Starbucks locations around the area. The baristas are friendly and are much more thorough when making your beverage than theones being rushed with a 20 car line. Plus I can grab any groceries I forgot while I?m there! Read more
I came to this place to get something to drink with my daughter and they don?t have anyone in the register, I was waiting for... whoever to come and attend us but unfortunately no one ever showed up, I?ve been to other Starbucks being inside a grocery storeand has done a great job never again coming to this one! I have no issues with challenges we face with dealing with covid, unfortunately this location had made to go orders useless. I... went to the Greenbriar location and realized the line was extremely long. I then put in a mobile order for the Eastgate locationassuming is pick up at the door much like Manassas does. Nope.. I had to park... In the drive thru just like everybody elsethough I ordered near 30 minutes ahead of time. So then after I arrived I sat in park thru for another 20 minutes because theirpolicy is that mobile orders have to go through the same line as everybody else though I ordered 30 minutes ahead of many otherpeople in line. Small 1-man counter inside grocery store. Never busy. No seats.
Decent service often have nice samples out. Rarely busy.
