AGAIN, I ordered a buy one get one breakfast sandwich (sausage egg and cheese and steak egg and cheese with extra onions). Just... like all the other McDonald's this location gave me a steak and bagel sandwich with NO EGG OR CHEESE!! I BEGIN TO NOTICEWHENEVER I USE A DEAL AT ANY MCDONALD'S THEY SHORT ME EVERY TIME. This was the worst McDonald's I have ever ate at in my life.they gave us a number to go sit down, to bring us the food the food... was cold the french fries was hard the coffee was cold and would not give any refills on the drinks. the lady that brought ourfood had a bad attitude and could not understand us do not waste your money at this McDonald's. we ordered 4 doublecheeseburgers, 2 fries, a coffee, and a apple fritter and it was 36.00. we left part of it. You have to pay at the kiosk at this location. It normally is very busy in there but the staff handle it well and get your food... out in good time. It's always clean when I eat there. Read more
This location is a total mess! There is not a single thing I liked here-the restaurant was so dirty, disorganized and short on... essential items like toilet paper in the bathroom. I tried to clean the bathroom but it was as if they had not cleaned it formonths. It just didn't look like a restaurant when I ordered there. My order was also not in order however I wasn't surprisedbecause of the Devil still ahead of me. I had ordered a 6 piece Chicken Nuggets which was a free offer in the app-No PurchaseNecessary. In my order I had requested for 2 Picannte sauces(one mild and the other hot) but they rather gave me both hot.Otherwise I wouldn't have gone to McDonald's because I just do not like that brand at all. The reason being that after workingfor the company for about a month,the location that I worked on(Wade Green Road location, Kennesaw, GA) wouldn't serve me anorderly meal-they would refuse or modify my order due to evilness in them after working so hard(And I mean I would workextremely hard making sure everything is done right). They also would not let me leave on the time I was supposed to leave bymaking sure I had lots of work to finish 1st. Thank God, I have donated all that money that I earned back to them(McDonald'sFoundation). Am ahappy because God wants us to do good for those that do evil to us. There was a reason I stayed away from this McDonald's over the last six months. It's remodeled interior has created a customer... nightmare experience that endures to this day. Orders take twice as long to complete, the self-order, self checkout kiosks areuser unfriendly, and twice as many customers are crowded around a smaller interior space, waiting and waiting and waiting fortheir orders. If it wasn't for one long time dedicated employee helping people out, this McDonald's would devolve into totalchaos. Such an unpleasant experience. Just go to another, better run McDonald's. Worst McDonald's ever!!!!! Don't bother coming here, especially in the weekend. You will wait forever. I waited 20 min for... food, my number had been erased from the board. I ordered breakfast and they were filling lunch orders before filling thebreakfast orders. Skipped customers in the store to fill Door Dash and Uber Eats instead! I'd rather be at Italian Pizza Kitchen, and so would you. Typical McDonald's. Nothing special about it. They tell you to put a... number on your table and then they'll bring the food to you. They do not. They yell your number from across the restaurant, andyou can barely hear it over the very loud jazz music that leaves you wanting to drown yourself in the toilet. Yes, the toilet ina Washington, DC McDonald's. Order from the kiosk on the left. The iced coffee is $1.99. The kiosk on the right sells it for$3.59. Like I said, Italian Pizza Kitchen. Go there.
