If I could I would put zero stars I am a business owner and would not treat my customers like this where is customer service... nasty pizza dry and burned never would buy from them again. I ordered their garden salad along with a medium Hawaiian, and a pepperoni and mushroom. Pizza was OK. Garden salad was... terrible. About 85% of the lettuce was brown, parts of the cheddar cheese was gooey. Definitely never ordering a salad fromthere again. Read more
Zero stars if it was possible. 100% theft here. Placed order, was notified it was ready for pickup. Showed up, no one was there.... Knocked and waited. Called and was holding for almost 15 minutes. Still have not heard from anyone about a refund. Read more
No good. I've had 3 bad experiences in a row. Barely any cheese, almost no sauce. Overcooked and dry. Also, I don't care for the... locked doors and leaving customers in the rain to speak to you through a slot. What is this, an after-hours pawn shop? Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. By far the absolutely worst service I have ever had. They take forever with their deliveries... and they tell you your order has been delivered and its never arrives. Tried calling the store to find out what's going on andwas on hold for over 30 Mins and still no answers. Had to call in to order so I can get a person on the phone and not amachine. The manager here at this location is by far the worst manager I have ever dealt with. He pretends to not hear you overthe phone and just hangs up on you. I don't recommend this store to anyone. If you can find another one do it. Don't waste yourtime with this terrible place. Will never order from here ever again! Read more
Whoever the manager is needs to seriously get it together with the employees taking the online orders! Here?s my receipt of what... I ordered, and these are the pizzas I received. I received the pineapple & ham pizza which I thought ?oh well at least this oneis what I ordered!? But found a hair on it tangled up with the cheese and everything else. The second one was supposed to be apepperoni & cheese HAND TOSSED pizza but received a thin crust instead. Are you guys even paying attention to the orders orwhat??? Bad customer service. Placed online order and arrived to pick up but door was locked. Waited patiently at pickup window for 2... employees that noticed me standing there waiting without making contact for service. I watched as they continued to work andprepare orders about 6 ft away, ignoring me and going to sit in the chair in the back of the store. After about 8 minutes ofstanding there I just left with out the pizza. Apparently they don't want business. I'm about done dealing with dominos ingeneral. They definitely went down hill.
