Let me just start by saying that the food was good. That being said, the service was awful. I ordered the thin crust... pepperoni that's $7.49 and I asked how much it would be for extra cheese, the kid said it would be a dollar extra. When I paid,it was a different story. Instead of 8.49, it rang up as 11.49. Then he was not happy about having to issue a refund, mind youhe hadn't been even a little bit friendly the entire time. Anyways, I got refunded to my card and had to place a whole neworder, without extra cheese. Then to top it all off he didn't even get my name right. I'll be going to another location nexttime. Don't even bother ordering online. I've been waiting for 25 min now after the time it says it was ready in the "pizza portal."... At this moment I'm writing this inside the store there is 5 people here and they don't even have regular hot pizzas ready topick up. It is not even busy. I even ordered a Sierra mist and what do you know, they don't have any whatsoever. No one hastalked to me and see if I needed anything while I wait. Don't bother with this place. Read more
Got a bad of bread sticks super thin slices
I ordered 2 pizzas and had to wait Which I'm used to because I order them with light sauce which one came of light sauce and... the other didn't and it was horrible and it was cold on top of that the young lady was cleaning the counter they cut the pizzason with chemicals barehanded and then the pizza came out as she is cutting it and touching the Box now working in that industryand other industries that you have to be clean her hand should have been washed before she touched anything else and I thinkthey need to wear gloves especially during covid. I walked in cashier didnt seen ti w want to acknowledge me as she was sorting out some sauces. I had to wait until she finished... putting them in order. Very very SLOW service. Then pizza was way over baked and hard. I And sometimes they are closed with ahand written note that says sorry we are closed. NO EXPLANATION OR WHEN THEY WILL OPEN AGAIN. VERY STRANGE PLACE.
