This Subway location, near Broadway and Naples in South Chula Vista, is fairly good, but to be honest, I think the store on... Palomar near Food-4-Less is a bit better. For one thing, the Palomar store is less busy, and the workers are faster. Also, thesandwiches from the Broadway and Naples store are not as good. Once, when I ordered sandwiches online and arrived to pick themup, there was a bit of a line, and when I finally got a worker to speak to me, she told me the computer was down and my orderhadn't been received. However, when I glanced down near the register, I saw a pile of tickets on the counter for online orders,mine among them. I understand their being busy, but I don't appreciate being lied to. Absolutely disgusting. The staff did NOT want to be there. Throwing their utensils and food around in front of me while they... were making my sandwich. They used the same gloves on my sandwich that they used for the person in front of me with pickle juiceand tuna on them. Their store was slovenly, and they lied about not having anymore Italian herbs and cheese bread to the lady infront of me while they gave it to the man after me. I?m not sure how morning and afternoon staff are, but do not go to thislocation at night. Read more
Would not recommend, unfortunately. When I received my order and arrived home, the spinach was VERY wilted, same with the... avocado ? brown and old. I attempted to call this location to resolve the issue, but there was no answer after 3 attempts tomake this right. Very poor service and I would not order from this location again. Read more
The young man working alone did an awesome job on October 2nd. The one star is for the 2 ladies stopping by to grab money from... the register and not asking their fellow employee if he needed help. How rude of them. The line only got longer after our orderwas complete. He deserves a raise and those two ladies should be ashamed of themselves. I've never seen just one person makingsandwiches for 14 people in only 30 minutes. Read more
