WOULD have put 0 but the restaurant was not dirty We! We went in after church, after 1. There was one lady taking orders for 4... different people in line inside & there was a lady working the drive through & 2 cooks! The lady taking our orders was SOOORUDE! She was listening to her phone or something she had in her ear. EVERYONE OF US IN LINE REPEATED OUR ORDER TO HER "3"TIMES!! She never looked up just kept her head down, it was definitely clear she did not want to be at work!! One man even askif she listening? I HAVE BEEN TO THIS POPEYE SEVERAL TIMES & NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS, But I have always gone thoughdrive through. We really like Popeyes but probably will never go to this location again. Several of us ordered sweet tea & itwas behind the counter, oh you would have thought we ask for her kidney!! Our chicken had GREASE "RUNNING OUT" NOT DROPPINGACTUALLY RAN OUT LIKE!! NASTY, Others were complaining of the theirs having grease running out. We tried to soak it up withnapkin but it was SOOO MUCH GREASE! We did not get our biscuits and had to ask, we stood "8" minutes trying to get ourbiscuits, forks & ketchup!! HORRIBLE SERVICE & the lady doing drive through gave it to us!! I told everyone to complain becausethat's the only way to let management know! AFTER WE GOT OUR ORDERS EVERY ONE EXCEPT A LADY THAT HAD BEEN COOKING LEFT FOR OUTBACK OR BREAKROOM OR ?? Just disappeared!! REALLY NOT PROFESSIONAL!!THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT WAS THERE SAID THEY WANT BE BACKEITHER...HATE TO SEE POPEYES HAVE AN ISSUE because this is the only one even close BUT will get my chicken at Jack's or Walmart.PLEASE PLEASE CARE AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE STAFF YOU HAD TODAY!! This is the second time we've made an online order...so easy! BUT this time when our food came out (had to wait, not a big deal)... but that lil short "lady" didn't say anything! Just pushed food in our window and left! RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! SHESHOULD BE FIRED!!! Read more
Second attempt at trying this location and it will be our last, each trip was long wait, overpriced, customer service doesn't... have a clue on correct orders, and chicken is overcooked in old grease and burnt...we are very disappointed in this new businessin our hometown. Read more
This review is a long time coming. I don?t like giving bad reviews unless you really earn it. First let me say I love Popeyes... and have eaten it in Germany, Korean, and several other states and at many locations here in Alabama. This location is by farone of the worst examples I have ever been to. I have given them times to self correct but it seams this is not going to happenanytime soon. I have dined here ever since this location opened. All except one experience was bad. In total I have tried thislocation 8 times over the last few months in hopes the quality of the food and service would improve. Their efforts havefluctuated but a graft would show a heavy and distinct decline. My order is almost always wrong to some degree. It?s usually thewrong spice level, or the quantity of something will be off or missing. There is never enough inventory ready to serve likeother locations. The staff bicker loudly amongst themselves and make fun of their customers in the drive-through. The managersaw I heard this and I saw the dissatisfaction and concern on her face but she did not make a correction. This is not uncommonwith any visit to this location sadly. It seems they have hired a poorly qualified, unmannered, uneducated staff, and they arerunning this location in the ground. They are rarely busy and I think and there is no reason for this level of bad service. Thissaddens me as this is the closest Popeyes I can reach, and this cuisine has been a big part of my life for more than 25 years.If there is a bar rescue type thing that can be done, this is a candidate on life support, and I hate to see it go. The employees are rude! It took forever to get 2 sandwiches and they were cold. The manager was rude when I asked for two hot... sandwiches. I will never go there again. I should have known since it is never busy when I go by there. Wouldn't recommend it toanyone! Read more
Customer Service is uncalled for, the cashier look like she was going to a nightclub and always on there phone! Biscuits were... left over from day before could have knocked a window out, rice was cold and cashier didn't know the specials n wanted you toorder on line while your at the drive thru window. Not worth the time or money! They are always out of what you order, rude, and just disrespectful. Believe me when I say I get... you don't like your job working fast food but at least own the fact your working with the public and at the very least act likeyou care. It's sad to see all this entitlement in customer service when it used to be the customer is always right. Read more
If I could give a zero I would. A black female employee took advantage of a mentally handicap man. An order for 8.99 + tax cost... him over $28 + few cents. She pocketed the money. Refused a receipt. This man buys the same thing just about Every other day.The phone is always off the hook til they close. Corporate wasn't happy about it. Still waiting for full refund. Read more
