I will never again step foot in this establishment. After working here and not being given a pay check that I?m entitled to; a... manager gave my check to someone that WAS NOT ME and this person BRYAN BRADLEY forged my signature and deposited MY check. Thecheck was issued on NOVEMBER 2 and I didn?t know about my check being available until the fourth of November. Giving thisindividual enough time to do this act. I DON?T EVEN KNOW THIS INDIVIDUAL! I literally worked there for one day and resignedbecause of a better job offer. I will be taking legal action. You have lost a customer and someone who trusted yourestablishment and those who work in it. You have tarnished your reputation and unfortunately those who were involved in thisincident WILL be held accountable. If you thought I wasn?t going to find out; think again. I haven't been to one in quite a while. I was intrigued by the ordering kiosk. Clean area. Friendly staff. Good service. 1... complaint.. I was NOT HAPPY with the employee who was either prepairing or bagging orders. He had to stop several times to pullhis pants up. Read more
In the 20 minutes I spent waiting inside the location at the counter for an order ahead order of one item, I watched four... incorrect orders be handed out, people who ordered breakfast at 10:30 be denied breakfast after waiting half an hour because"breakfast is now over at 11", multiple employees behind the counter goofing off and ignoring customers, and then being rude andsnippy when asked for help/for items that were missing from their order. A few employees were really helpful and clearly tryingtheir hardest, but they clearly were not getting the support they needed. Read more
It was terrible, they were rude now people be packed I know. But the way the young lady?s we?re talking to people was rude. They... had attitudes , and one said she was on break and couldn?t do anything because she didn?t make it. Unprofessional. I told theolder adult that I didn?t get my drinks and she said they said you did. I?ve been sitting down there the whole time until theycalled my number. I went with a code from my app for an iced coffee and explained the flavor that I wanted, when I got to the window the District... manager had come to the window to explain to me that my order was from mc cafe and this was not part of the deal. I only order fish filet, frappes and kids meals from here and this is the 3rd time I?ve received EVERYTHING but my kids meal.
