This is an amazing place to go for an all you can eat dining experience. The salad bar is well stocked with lots of choices and... you can go up as many times as you like. The choice of meats which are brought and carved at your table are of good quality andquantity. We got to try, roast pork, chicken, sausages, beef brisket, prime rib, roast lamb, chicken hearts, tri tip steak, beefribs, pork ribs and I'm probably forgetting some. We also had roasted pineapple dusted with cinnamon. The service was excellent,second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending this place. Service is fast as there were many staff to walk around with various meats. I went Friday and the extra on the menu is garlic... prawns and seafood paella. At 700 pm the paella was stale and the seafood I saw in it was not appetizing. I peeled the prawn butit was overcooked . The garlic prawns going tableside were hot but overcooked and dry. You get a variety of all you can eat meats. Tasty and good atmosphere. Sufficient staff and there were down times for staff to... chat and were happy and laughing which is how it should be in a healthy good work environment as customers could sense if staffwere unhappy. Reason for one minus star is the attention to detail such as the oily and slippery floor at the salad bar,nothing was provided to scoop sauces/ horseradish out of its jar (I asked for a spoon an hour later after seeing no refill ofutensils to get sauces). We were given the bill around 1.5hrs in, some of us still had a near full glass of drinks to finish. We were out of the restaurant in 1hr:45mins. We dined with a reservation last night and it was my boyfriend's first time eating at Rio for their all-you-can-eat. Excellent... food and service. Out of all the various meats that came to our table, the lamb, rib eye and chicken drumstick were myfavourite. Their well-seasoned pork sausage was my least favourite due to the gritty texture. Our server Mariana is absolutelysweet! She made our dining experience super special. My boyfriend ordered a 2nd mojito and gave him a larger size. She took ourpicture and gave us cheesecake on the house since my boyfriend and I were celebrating Valentine's Day early (Feb 12). Rio doeshave a Valentine's Day promo on Feb 14 for $114 for couples. Staff, service and atmosphere was amazing. Went here for the first time and was helped in ordering the neat sides that you don't... see often. Then the meat started to show up, which was great. Unfortunately, sometimes the meat they served was.. to put itbluntly dry. When they brought out new meat though, it was tender, a little pink and so juicy. I did come here on a weekday whentheir wasn't too many people so not all the people ate all the meats at the first passing. Had the flan dessert and it was verysweet which I loved. A great place to those who are craving for meat out there. It?s an all you can steakhouse with such a great atmosphere inside....
