Used the drive-thru, and it took about 15 minutes from start of line, which was about 5 cars deep from the ordering speaker. I... ordered chicken tacos and a double chicken bowl and was beyond stuffed and pretty satisfied with the taste once I mixed the bowlup with salsa, but it could use more seasoning on the chicken, imo. They are extremely rude in the drive thru. Was just there 10 minutes ago. Ordered and paid for a double chicken taco salad and... this is whqt I got? 7-8 pieces of chicken? I just went to this El Pollo Loco and I got a hair in my food again. Now I know it wasn?t one of my hairs the first time. The... photos show the food is untouched & the hair is lodged in there. Lunch was delicious! Chicken was cooked perfectly, and we enjoyed the brown beans. The coleslaw was very crisp and creamy. We... finally figured out how to ask for the salsa we liked.
